**Zara Tindall’s Hilarious Take on Grandparent Duty**

Zara Tindall recently shared a lighthearted moment about dropping her children off at her mother, 's, estate.

Known for her dedicated public service and strong work ethic, , the Princess Royal, has also gained a reputation for being a doting grandmother.

Her deep affection for her five grandchildren shines through in her interactions with them, making family gatherings a cherished affair.

Princess Anne, a proud mother of two, has embraced her role as a grandmother with open arms.

Her 700-acre estate in Gloucestershire serves as a perfect backdrop for family bonding, where Zara and her brother Peter Phillips frequently bring their kids to visit.

It's a lovely tradition that highlights the close-knit relationships within the royal family.

In a 2020 ITV documentary titled *Anne, the Princess Royal at Seventy*, Zara recounted her amusing six-word quip about dropping off her kids: “We quite like leaving them on Sundays.” This humorous remark captures the essence of how much they enjoy these family visits.

Peter chimed in, noting how their mother relishes watching the grandkids ride horses, hosting Sunday lunches, and taking them on leisurely walks.

Both Zara and Peter reside near their mother at Gatcombe Park, making it convenient for regular family get-togethers.

Despite their royal lineage, Princess Anne and their father, Captain Mark Phillips, opted not to bestow royal titles upon them at birth.

This decision has shaped their upbringing in unique ways.

Reflecting on their childhood, Peter remarked, “We were raised with the knowledge that we would need to work.”

He emphasized that they understood from an early age that they had to carve out their own paths.

Zara echoed this sentiment, expressing gratitude for their mother's choice not to give them titles, stating it motivated them to strive for success.

Recently, Princess Anne made headlines for her participation in the 2024 Olympics in Paris, where she supported Team GB.

Accompanied by her husband, Sir Timothy Lawrence, she returned home after spending two weeks in France.

During her time there, she engaged with athletes at the British Embassy and attended various events, including hockey, rowing, and equestrian competitions.

However, it's worth noting that the 73-year-old royal is still recuperating from a concussion she sustained in late June while walking on her estate.

Despite this setback, she managed to immerse herself in the Olympic spirit and connect with the athletes.

The court circular confirmed her arrival back in London, stating, “The Princess Royal, accompanied by Vice Admiral Sir Tim Lawrence, arrived at Heathrow Airport from France this afternoon.”
