A well-known United States think tank has initiated efforts to compel the Department of Homeland Security to disclose information regarding Harry's immigration records, particularly focusing on whether he disclosed any past drug usage.

Individuals applying for residency in the United States are mandated to answer the question, “Are you or have you ever been a drug abuser or addict?”

, in his memoir titled “Spare,” openly discussed his history with substances like cocaine, marijuana, and psychedelic mushrooms.

The Heritage Foundation, identified as a conservative entity, is now urging the DHS to reveal Prince Harry's response to this critical inquiry.

Niall Garnier, the director at the Margaret Thatcher Center for Freedom within the Heritage Foundation, conveyed to Mail Online that a judge will ultimately decide whether the American public has the right to know if Prince Harry received preferential treatment from the DHS.

It appears that Harry can no longer rely on support solely from his liberal connections within the Biden administration.

During an interview on Good Morning America, Prince Harry acknowledged his interest in potentially becoming an American citizen.

However, legal experts are speculating that his chances could be jeopardized based on his disclosure regarding drug use.

An immigration attorney mentioned to Mail Online that failure to acknowledge a history of drug use upon entry into the US could result in a review of his visa status, potentially leading to revocation, which would be detrimental to his citizenship aspirations.

The Heritage Foundation suggested that Harry might have been eligible for a waiver if he had disclosed his drug use in the visa application.

Nevertheless, Samuel Dewey, the organization's legal representative, emphasized their intent to uncover who authorized such a waiver, if indeed granted.

Previously, the DHS argued against revealing the records, citing privacy concerns for Prince Harry.

Attorney John Bardo, representing the DHS, highlighted the absence of publicly available information indicating any drug-related convictions against the prince.

Moreover, the DHS stressed that an individual's visa or immigration status is confidential and exempt from public disclosure, as affirmed by courts.

Judge Carl J. Nichols is anticipated to deliver a written ruling in the upcoming weeks, a pivotal moment in the ongoing saga surrounding Prince Harry's visa application.
