Title: Meghan Markle’s Niece, Ashley Hale, Revealed in New Netflix Docuseries
In Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's highly anticipated Netflix docuseries, “Harry and Meghan,” viewers are introduced to a range of familiar faces, including close friends who attended their wedding and have been a part of their lives for years.
However, there is one previously unseen individual who stands out – Ashley Hale, Meghan Markle's niece.
Ashley Hale is the granddaughter of Thomas Markle and the daughter of Meghan's half-sister, Samantha.
According to her LinkedIn profile, Ashley works as a business immigration attorney at Fragerman, a company specializing in immigration services in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Prior to this, she held positions as an associate attorney at Summer Immigration Law and as a contract attorney for Capital One Bank.
Curiosity arose when it was discovered that there was no practicing attorney named Ashley Hale in California, despite claims that she works in San Francisco.
Royal fans searched for any information regarding an attorney with that name but came up empty-handed.
Interestingly, Meghan Markle had previously claimed that she was not close to her half-sister Samantha.
However, it was Samantha who introduced Ashley to Meghan back in 2007.
Following their introduction, Ashley reconnected with Samantha, leading to Meghan obtaining her email address, and the two began communicating regularly.
They grew close and even traveled together, including a trip to New Orleans.
Ashley describes their relationship as multifaceted, saying, “She takes on a lot of roles for me.
There's a sister element, there's something maternal.
She's a best friend, she's kind of all the things.”
Meghan also acknowledged their close bond but mentioned that Ashley and Samantha stopped talking after news of her relationship with Prince Harry broke.
Meghan Markle's claim that she was not allowed to invite Ashley to her wedding has been contradicted by a royal source, who labeled it a complete lie.
In the docuseries, Meghan expressed her desire to include Ashley in her May 2018 wedding but stated that she was advised against it by the palace's press team.
They believed it would be challenging to explain why a niece was present while her half-sister was not.
Meghan shared her understanding of the situation, saying, “They just couldn't wrap their heads around it, and I have compassion for it.
How do we explain that this half-sister isn't invited to the wedding, but that the half-sister's daughter is?”
She recounted a phone call with Ashley, where they discussed the guidance they were given and the reasoning behind it.
Ashley admitted feeling hurt but acknowledged the rationale behind the decision.
She also expressed that it was difficult to accept that her relationship with Meghan was affected because of her biological mother.
However, a royal insider refuted Meghan's claims, stating that the press team actually wanted her to have more family and friends present at the wedding.
They dismissed Meghan's statements about her niece as a complete fabrication.
The source told The Sun, “It's a complete lie.
Meghan said she didn't want her exposed to the media.”
