Sarah Ferguson Delights as Granddaughter Sienna Joins Her at Royal Lodge
The Duchess of York, Sarah Ferguson, is overjoyed as her beloved two-year-old granddaughter, Sienna, temporarily moves in with her at the Royal Lodge.
Princess Beatrice and her husband, Mopeli Motsi, are currently away, leaving Fergie to babysit little Sienna.
In the latest episode of her podcast, Tea Talks with the Duchess and Sarah, the 63-year-old affectionately known as Fergie shared the exciting news.
She expressed, “Beatrice and Edo are away so JJ is in charge, it's really fun.
I wished Sienna would come over and say JJ let's come and play, and now every minute of the day she wants to come and play.”
Despite recently undergoing breast cancer surgery, the doting grandmother described Sienna as a delightful little girl who enjoys pulling up her gran's skirt, wearing her tiny shoes, and splashing in puddles.
Fergie happily added, “She's in control of granny and grandpa now.
She brought me right back to follow Beatrice.”
While Sarah didn't disclose the destination of Beatrice and Eduardo's travels, she did mention their return to celebrate Beatrice's birthday on Tuesday.
Sarah revealed that they have been busy preparing for the festivities by blowing up balloons and baking cakes.
It's worth noting that Sarah Ferguson continues to live with her ex-husband, Prince Andrew, at the Royal Lodge in Windsor, despite their divorce.
In addition to Sienna, the Duchess of York has two other grandchildren, August and Ernest, the children of Princess Eugenie.
Earlier this year, after the birth of baby Ernest, Sarah shared her joy on her podcast, describing him as a very sweet little boy.
She expressed her gratitude for his name choice, as Ernest's middle name, Ronnie, was chosen in honor of Sarah's father, Ronald.
The Duchess tearfully admitted, “It made me cry.”
As we conclude this heartwarming news, it is important to note that Sarah Ferguson's dedication and love for her grandchildren shine through in her words and actions.
