Royals Snub Prince Harry at Family Dinner Ahead of Coronation
In a surprising turn of events, Prince Harry was noticeably absent from a massive family dinner held at the exclusive Mayfair Club Oswalds.
The royal gathering, which took place in anticipation of the upcoming coronation, saw the attendance of various members of the royal family, including Prince Andrew and his children, the Tindalls, Princess Anne and her husband, the Kents, and the Wessexers.
Mayfair Club Oswalds, owned by British entrepreneur Robin Burley, served as the luxurious venue for this royal night out.
It is worth noting that Burley also owns and operates 5 Hartford Street, the very place where the controversial couple Prince Harry and Meghan Markle had their first date.
According to reports, the royals arrived separately, with Zara and her husband Mike Tindall among the first to make their entrance.
Princess Eugene, who is currently expecting her second child with husband Jack Brooksbank, caught attention with her £575 Asino Velvet Athens robe.
Princess Beatrice also made a statement with her Louis Vuitton chain print asymmetrical long-sleeved frock, which costs a staggering £2,900.
The Daily Mail managed to capture pictures of the Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh, Prince Andrew, and Princess Anne arriving at the central London venue.
Additionally, the Duke's two children, Lady Louise and James, were present, as well as Prince and Princess Michael of Kent.
However, it was impossible not to notice the absence of Prince Harry during the family dinner.
Despite his morning flight to London, the Duke of Sussex received a cold reception from the royal family, particularly from his close cousins Zara, Eugene, and Beatrice.
It seems that Prince Harry should prepare himself for an icy royal reunion.
Interestingly, even Prince Andrew, who has faced his fair share of controversies, managed to steal some attention during the event, overshadowing Prince Harry's absence.
Today, the royals will come together again as they join King Charles, Queen Camilla, and the Prince and Princess of Wales for the coronation at Westminster Abbey.
Meanwhile, across London at Buckingham Palace, the Prince and Princess of Wales hosted a pre-coronation reception for overseas guests, where they were joined by the King himself.
Prince Harry, Charles' youngest son, has not been seen at the rehearsals or reception, but it is believed that he arrived in the UK ahead of his father's historic coronation.
Oswalds, with its exclusive and secretive nature, attracts a notable clientele, including Dame Joan Collins, Priti Patel, David Beckham, and the Earl of Snowdon.
It was also the place where Amber Heard was seen partying during Johnny Depp's libel suit against a newspaper last year.
Prince William, who previously enjoyed a night out at the club in November, is said to be a member as well.
The long-awaited day has finally arrived for King Charles, as he is set to be anointed by the Archbishop of Canterbury and don the St Edward's crown during the coronation service.
Queen Camilla will also be crowned alongside him in a solemn religious ceremony attended by over 2,000 guests.
Following the service, the newly crowned King and Queen will embark on a grand procession in the Gold State coach, accompanied by other members of the royal family and hundreds of military personnel.
The day's highlights include the initial procession from Buckingham Palace to Westminster Abbey, which will take place shortly after 10 am, and the coronation procession back to the palace after the service concludes at 1 pm.
