Royal Rift: The Beckham’s Complicated Relationship with Harry and Meghan

The relationship between David and Victoria Beckham and the Duke and Duchess of Sussex has been under scrutiny recently, particularly after an incident at a soccer game.

Despite their close ties to the royal family, it seems that things didn't go smoothly for the Beckhams during this particular encounter.

Both Prince Harry and David Beckham, along with his son Brooklyn and his wife Nicola Peltz, attended a game between Los Angeles and Inter-Miami.

However, instead of socializing, the Duke barely acknowledged the young Beckhams as he walked by.

Eyewitnesses claim he simply waved his hand and looked towards Brooklyn, hardly a warm greeting.

This incident has only fueled rumors about the deteriorating relations between the Sussexes and the Beckhams.

Before Prince Harry's marriage to Meghan Markle, he and David were often seen together at social events, enjoying each other's company in pubs and restaurants.

In fact, Meghan even lived in the Beckhams' Beverly Hills home for a while to escape the paparazzi's attention.

As the owner of a cosmetics brand, Victoria even shared some makeup tips with Meghan, and one of her employees assisted Meghan with facial and hair care before the wedding.

However, when this information became public, Meghan blamed Victoria for leaking it to the media, causing tension between them.

Despite not being invited to the wedding dinner, the Beckhams attended the royal wedding ceremony as guests.

Later, when Harry called David to perform at the Invictus Games in Sydney, David eagerly agreed, hoping to meet the prince in person.

Unfortunately, Harry never found the time for a meeting, leaving David disappointed.

There were also rumors that Meghan had asked Victoria for samples of her clothing brand, and although Victoria agreed multiple times, a good relationship never materialized.

The situation was further complicated by the Beckhams' friendship with Prince William.

In the midst of the ongoing conflict between the royal brothers, David and Victoria seemingly chose to side with the eldest prince.

For instance, David met with William and Kate during the World Cup in Qatar in November 2022.
