Royal Ladies Form a Protective Wall Around Princess Charlotte and Prince George, Leaving Meghan on the Outside
The royal drama continues as Meghan Markle faces yet another setback.
In the wake of the Sussexes' controversial Netflix docuseries, questions have arisen about the dynamics within the royal family during the mourning period for Queen Elizabeth II.
Specifically, attention has turned to whether the Queen Consort, Princess of Wales, and Countess of Wessex formed a protective barrier around Princess Charlotte and Prince George, leaving Meghan isolated.
During the somber occasion, a noticeable gap separated Camilla, Catherine, Sophie, and the children from Meghan.
It was observed that Charlotte spent time near Meghan, and there were a few interactions between the two.
While it remains uncertain whether Charlotte remembers the alleged bullying incidents preceding the wedding, it is clear that she harbors some fear towards Meghan.
At one point during a memorial service, Charlotte glanced back at Meghan, who attempted to smile, only to be met with the young princess looking away.
Meghan struggled to conceal her disdain, forced to walk behind the Prince and Princess of Wales and their children, including the very same girl she allegedly bullied before the wedding.
This undoubtedly took a toll on Meghan internally, as she had to suppress her feelings and refrain from making the situation about herself, as it had nothing to do with her.
Meghan stood a few paces away from Catherine, Camilla, and Sophie, indicating that indeed, the Queen Consort, Princess of Wales, and Countess of Wessex did shield George and Charlotte from Meghan's presence.
Meanwhile, tensions are reportedly running high among King Charles, Queen Consort Camilla, Prince William, and Catherine, Princess of Wales, due to the ongoing actions of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.
Since their announcement of Megxit, the couple has been making appearances and giving interviews where they openly criticize the royal institution and its members.
Their recent partnership with Netflix has only intensified their criticism, leaving the four senior royals feeling exhausted and frustrated.
According to Heat UK, there seems to be little hope for the royal family to recover from the damage caused by the Sussexes.
The constant stream of negative comments and digs directed at the firm and its members has taken a toll.
Charles, Camilla, William, and Catherine perceive it as an endless pity party with a mean-spirited undertone.
They believe there is a lack of gratitude and self-awareness on the part of Harry and Meghan.
Unfortunately, as members of the royal family, they are not allowed to directly respond to these accusations, further adding to their frustration.
The source also revealed that the senior royals are particularly upset about the false information shared by Prince Harry and Meghan in their Netflix series.
They question how many times they must prove that Meghan was welcomed into the royal family with open arms.
Despite the embarrassment caused by their interview with Oprah Winfrey, the family forgave most of what was aired, as they were trying to rally around Prince Philip and the Queen during their twilight years.
However, having old wounds reopened in such a public manner is seen as unforgivable by the senior royals.
Adding fuel to the fire, Deborah Knight, a columnist for Nine Honey, claimed that Prince Harry's Netflix series has effectively destroyed any chance of reconciliation with the royal family.
In her column, Deborah stated that the show will be the final blow to Harry's relationship with his father and brother.
Furthermore, she predicted that Harry's upcoming book, “Spare,” set to be released in January, will deliver the ultimate blow, permanently sealing the coffin on any hopes of reconciliation.
As the controversy surrounding the Sussexes continues, public sympathy for the couple appears to be waning.
