Despite not wearing the tiara to the coronation of King Charles and Queen Camilla, Kate chose to showcase the silver ornament at this special occasion.

It holds great sentimental value for her, as it was one of Princess Diana's favorite pieces of jewelry.

Not only does the Princess of Wales treasure this irreplaceable heirloom, but it also carries an illustrious royal history.

The tiara, sometimes referred to as the Cambridge Lovers' Knot, is actually a replica of a previous royal bauble.

Kate paired the prominent piece with a stunning sequined dress designed by Jenny Packham, one of her go-to fashion designers.

Each pair of earrings in the royal collection boasts a variety of modern diamond cuts, paying homage to the legacy of the British monarchy, much like the lovers' knot tiara.

Originally belonging to Mrs. Greville in 1942, the earrings were later gifted to the late Queen Elizabeth Ewe by her mother, the late Queen Mother, as a wedding present five years later.
