Princess Kate Shares Heartwarming Video of Christmas Carol Concert with Children
Princess Kate has delighted fans by releasing a new video showcasing her annual Together at Christmas Carol service, which took place earlier this month.
The event, held at Westminster Abbey and televised for all to enjoy, featured the princess alongside her husband, Prince William, and various members of the royal family.
Notably, their children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis, also made a special appearance.
Sponsored by the Royal Foundation, the ceremony aimed to honor and celebrate individuals who serve infants, early childhood educators, and families in communities across the UK.
It emphasized the importance of creating supportive and nurturing environments for children and the adults in their lives, aligning with Kate's Shaping Us initiative.
The Royal Foundation recently shared a teaser video on X (formerly known as Twitter) to promote the broadcast.
The clip features Adam Lambert and Beverly Knight delivering a speech about the significance of coming together during the Christmas season.
The talented duo also performed a captivating duet during the event, demonstrating their support for those who empower young individuals to thrive.
Freya Writings, who attended the concert, expressed her admiration for Princess Kate's efforts, stating, “I think it's amazing that Her Royal Highness is shedding light on creativity and empowering young children and their caregivers.”
This sentiment resonates with the mission of the Royal Foundation Centre for Early Childhood, established by Princess Kate in June 2021.
On Christmas Eve at 7:45 pm, ITVX and ITV1 will air the Christmas Carol Concert, allowing viewers to relish the enchanting performances.
Accompanied by the Westminster Abbey Choir, celebrated musicians will serenade the audience with beloved carols.
Additionally, Leonie Elliott will recite a specially commissioned poem written by Children's Laureate Joseph Cowilho.
Among the distinguished speakers at the event were the Prince of Wales, Michael Ward, Emma Willis, Roman Kemp, and Jim Broadbent.
Their readings added depth and meaning to the evening, further enriching the festive atmosphere.
