, along with her mother Catherine and brothers Prince George and , were recently captured on video lending a helping hand at a baby bank near Windsor.

The heartwarming footage shows the royal family after school, armed with bags and boxes of goodies for children in need in the Windsor and Maidenhead area.

Their mother, Catherine, had a specific purpose in mind when involving her children in this charitable act.

She wanted to teach them the importance of helping others, a lesson they will carry with them throughout their lives.

As they entered the charity's headquarters, she explained to the three children that many people dedicate their time to help those in need, and they were to be the volunteers for the evening.

During their visit, had a delightful moment of laughter when she stumbled upon a set of baby clothes that featured a Welsh flag.

The eight-year-old princess, who often identifies herself with Wales due to her parents' royal titles, exclaimed, “This is Welsh.”

Charlotte's voice, rarely heard in public, was also captured saying “oh la la” as she entered the center and saw the array of toys on display.

This phrase, originating from France, is one of her favorites and is used to express surprise, admiration, or excitement.

, on the other hand, was captivated by a large toy gorilla, while Prince George diligently wrote tags for gift bags.

Meanwhile, Charlotte could be seen admiring various children's and babies' clothes throughout the short film.

The volunteers were pleased to note that George expressed his desire to return, indicating that he found the experience rewarding.

Charlotte, ever observant, commented to George, “You can see how rewarding the work is, isn't it, knowing that you're helping out others?”

To which George replied affirmatively.

Rebecca Mistry, the Joint Chief Executive of the Baby Bank, guided the royal siblings in selecting presents for children of a similar age.

She mentioned that they had been doing this for five years and distributed 1,500 gift bags during that time.

Shockingly, one in four children under the age of five in the UK currently live in poverty.

This visit was not the first time Princess Charlotte had been to a baby bank.

In April, she visited the same establishment and promised to return one day with her own children.

Rebecca Mistry fondly recalled the princess's passion during that earlier visit, saying, “You could see her passion.

Those first five years are crucial.”

The princess herself acknowledged the challenging circumstances faced by many families and emphasized the importance of every child having access to basic essentials.

She highlighted the need for baby banks to be present in communities, serving as lifelines for those facing poverty.

Normalizing and increasing visibility of these establishments is crucial to ensure that families and children receive the support they deserve.

The princess's commitment to addressing this issue is evident in her recent campaign launch through the Royal Foundation Centre for Early Childhood.

The foundation published an issues index, revealing that financial pressures were cited as the biggest concern for parents and caregivers in 2023 by one-third of the general public.

Princess Charlotte and her family's involvement in the baby bank near Windsor serves as a powerful reminder of the significance of helping others.

Their actions not only provide immediate assistance to those in need but also inspire others to contribute to their communities.

By normalizing the presence of baby banks and raising awareness about the challenges faced by struggling families, the royal family is making a positive impact on society.
