Princess Anne’s Busy Week in Scotland: A Display of Her Strong Work Ethic

has had a packed schedule this week as she fulfills various engagements in Scotland.

The hardworking royal, who resides at Gatcombe Park in Minchinhampton, has been commended for her dedication to her duties.

Last month, she was recognized as the hardest-working member of the royal family in 2022, having carried out an impressive 214 engagements throughout the year.

This accolade comes as no surprise, given Anne's commitment to her work.

During her time in Scotland, has attended several notable events.

These include a Chancellor's Dinner at the Palace of Holyrood House, the inauguration of the new Lady Hague Poppy Factory in Edinburgh, and a visit to the Wilgens Laboratory at Edinburgh Zoo, among others.

Her presence at these engagements has been well-received by the public, who admire her no-nonsense attitude and unwavering dedication.

However, not everyone is convinced of the significance of such rankings.

In his recent memoir, “Spare,” expressed his skepticism towards the competitiveness surrounding the number of official engagements carried out by members of the royal family.

He claimed that some individuals within the firm were overly focused on securing the highest number of engagements, leading to tensions within the family.

Harry suggested that self-reporting allowed for inflated numbers, giving the false impression that certain royals worked harder than others.

Harry criticized the court circular, the official record of royal engagements, referring to it as a “sinister document.”

He argued that it amplified the existing competitiveness within the family, rather than fostering a healthy work environment.

The Duke of Sussex also questioned the reliability of the data used to compile the list, asserting that some engagements included were insignificant, while others were excluded.

He further noted that the late II and the Duke of Edinburgh would allocate working hours to family members, making the ranking system even more skewed.

Moreover, Harry expressed his dissatisfaction with the types of engagements that received recognition on the court circular.

He suggested that extravagant encounters were favored over more meaningful and sentimental ones.

Although the contents of the list were not publicly disclosed, Harry claimed that it contributed to ongoing tension within the royal family.

As we reflect on these revelations, it is clear that Princess Anne's work ethic remains unquestionable.

Regardless of any disputes surrounding rankings and numbers, her commitment to her duties shines through.

Her dedication to public service is admired by many, and she continues to be a highly regarded member of the royal family.
