Prince Louis to Attend Coronation of King Charles Alongside Siblings Prince George and Princess Charlotte

In a historic moment for the royal family, it has been revealed that , who will be turning five just days before is crowned, will be participating in the carriage procession for the first time.

The young prince will join his elder brother, Prince George, and sister, Princess Charlotte, on May 6th for the coronation of their grandfather.

While Kensington Palace has yet to confirm the presence of Kate and 's children at the event, leaked documents show that George, Charlotte, and Louis are expected to hop on a carriage alongside their parents after processing out of Westminster Abbey.

The procession, which will be a third of the size of the one following Queen Elizabeth II's coronation in 1953, will only involve working members of the family and the three young royals.

The procession plans also mention the roles of Princess Anne and her husband Sir Timothy Lawrence, the Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh, the Duke and Duchess of Gloucester, the Duke of Kent, and Princess Alexandra.

Notably absent from the list are , , and Princess Eugenie, who will not be taking part in the procession.

Similarly, and Meghan Markle are not named in the plans, although they confirmed receiving an invitation to the event.

Coronation Day will feature two major carriage processions.

The first will be the King's procession, with and Queen making their way to Westminster Abbey.

Representatives of the armed forces from each realm will flank their carriage, acknowledging the British monarch as their head of state.

This procession will also include the St Edmund's Crown, which will be taken into the Abbey.

's attendance at the coronation service and procession follows his debut at a high-profile state event last year.

The four-year-old joined his siblings and parents in a carriage during the Trooping the Colour ceremony.

He also watched the RAF flypast from the balcony of Buckingham Palace alongside other working royals.

The only other public event Louis attended during the Platinum Jubilee weekend was the pageant on the final day of the celebration.

While it may come as a surprise to some, the presence of Louis at the coronation is expected to delight royal fans worldwide.

On the other hand, nine-year-old Prince George, who is second in line to the throne, has long been rumored to not only attend the event but also play a role.

However, this decision reportedly creates some concern for Kate and , as officials try to navigate potential tensions between the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and Prince Charles, who desires more significant roles for George.

Despite the uncertainty surrounding George's role, the inclusion of Louis and Charlotte in the coronation is sure to bring joy to royal enthusiasts.

This historic event will mark the ascension of King Charles to the throne following the passing of his mother, Queen Elizabeth II, earlier this year.
