Prince Louis Disappointed to Miss Wimbledon as Charlotte Makes Debut
Prince George and Princess Charlotte made a delightful appearance at Wimbledon alongside their parents, the Prince of Wales and Princess of Wales.
However, one member of the royal family was notably absent – their youngest sibling, Prince Louis.
While George and Charlotte smiled with excitement as they received their Wimbledon trophy bags, Louis was left feeling upset about not being able to attend.
The Princess of Wales shared with Ella Ottaway, who runs the All England Club's youth program, that Louis was truly saddened by his absence.
She mentioned, “It's Charlotte's first time, she said, George came last year.
They were watching so eagerly, Louis was so upset he wouldn't go.”
According to 16-year-old ball boy Joel, the Princess also revealed to him that Louis had been practicing playing ball.
Joel, who later spoke to the Palestinian news agency, shared, “He, Louis, is trying to practice standing and being serious like us.
He is trying to practice in the stands and how we stand behind the field and next to the players.”
It is evident that the young prince is eager to mimic the ball boys' professionalism and composure.
The royal siblings seemed thrilled to be part of such a prestigious event, with both George and Charlotte looking resplendent in their chic summer outfits.
Holding Kate's hand, Princess Charlotte exuded grace as the family strolled through the All England Club.
George sported a smart blue suit, complemented by a pale blue shirt and striped tie.
William, on the other hand, donned a neat grey jacket, black trousers, a blue shirt, and a dark tie.
Charlotte wore a beautiful floral blue dress that matched her brother's attire, while Kate caught the eye in a stunning green midi dress, which came with a hefty price tag of £750.
The appearance of the royal children drew admiration from the sponsors at SW19, and they undoubtedly added to the excitement of the final match between Novak Djokovic and Carlos Alcaraz.
As for whom the royals were cheering for, it remains unclear if they had any favorites in this historic tennis tournament.
The Royal Quartet also took the time to meet with Moaz Anwar, the fortunate young boy who would be tossing the coin at Centre Court, along with officials from St John Ambulance, the Royal Navy, and the Royal Air Force.
Welcomed to their front-row seats in the Royal Box, the family enjoyed the iconic theater of the venue.
The 41-year-old princess turned heads with her stunning green outfit, designed by Roland Mouret, which perfectly complemented the Wimbledon atmosphere.
The dress featured fabric overlays on the shoulders, removable shoulder pads, a split back hem, and a concealed zip at the back.
