Prince Harry’s Birthday Call Sparks Leaked Conversation with King Charles
Prince Harry's recent birthday call to his father, King Charles, may have led to a potential reunion between the father and son.
However, Palace insiders are unhappy about the leaked details of their conversation, according to a reliable source.
The UK's Daily Telegraph reported that information about the phone call, in which Harry wished his father a happy 75th birthday, was exposed.
It was also revealed that Meghan Markle joined the call, and the Sussex children even sent their grandfather a video message singing happy birthday.
The leak has raised concerns among Palace insiders who argue that Harry and Meghan often fight for privacy when it suits them.
However, as soon as Harry speaks to his father, the details end up in the newspapers.
This revelation has come at a time when Harry's memoir, “Spare,” has just been published, and it is believed to be the first phone conversation between the estranged royals in six months.
Despite these concerns, a Sussex source vehemently denied any involvement in the leaked call, emphasizing that the couple had nothing to do with it.
Page Six reported that Harry genuinely desires a better relationship with his father, as any son would.
Nevertheless, sources close to the Palace have confirmed that no calls actually took place due to the King's busy schedule.
However, Meghan's friend, Omid Scobie, recently disclosed that there is still some form of communication between King Charles and Meghan.
According to Omid, Meghan even sends photos of their children, Prince Archie (4) and Princess Lilibet (2), to Charles.
Although the photos are not directly sent to him, there seems to be a willingness from Meghan's side to maintain some level of contact.
However, a Palace insider clarified that Meghan does not have a direct line to the King, hence why she sends the photos to the King's office.
It remains unclear whether the identity of these children is genuine or not.
Furthermore, Meghan has attempted to communicate with the King by sending emails requesting allowances.
However, the Palace office has not responded to her requests.
Critics argue that Harry and Meghan are seeking a better relationship with Charles to secure financial support.
This has raised questions about the authenticity of their warm correspondence when it is not directly addressed to the King but rather sent to Clarence House, hoping it reaches him.
Some believe that Meghan's actions are an attempt to outshine Princess Catherine, particularly due to the King's affectionate comments about his daughter-in-law during a trip to Kenya.
They suggest that this information may have been a last-minute addition to Omid Scobie's book.
It appears that Meghan is using these tactics to remind the world that she is the King's daughter-in-law, even though he is not in direct contact with her.
This perception is further reinforced by Meghan's disrespect towards the Queen on Netflix and her exclusion from the coronation.
Meghan even wrote a letter begging to see Charles after the Queen's funeral, but it went unanswered.
It seems that Meghan's continuous efforts to control the narrative through leaks and blackmail are hindering any progress she could make.
Instead, she should focus on demonstrating genuine change and earning back some goodwill by behaving responsibly and respectfully for an extended period of time.
Unfortunately, there is skepticism about the couple's ability to achieve this, as their past decisions have often offended many people.
Their ongoing behavior only prolongs the current situation, causing Harry to become increasingly depressed about their mistakes.
Perhaps discussions about divorce will push them to reconsider their actions and make necessary changes.
