Prince Harry Updates World Child Awards Recipients on Archie and Lilibet’s Progress
In a heartwarming video call that was made public on Monday, Prince Harry took the time to connect with the recipients of this year's World Child Awards.
During the conversation, he couldn't help but share some adorable updates about his children, Archie and Lilibet.
“You sound just like my son Archie with that little squeaky voice.
I love it,” Harry expressed with joy.
It seems that Archie is keeping himself very busy these days, while little Lilibet is still in the process of discovering her own voice.
“Archie is very, very busy, and Lily is learning to use her voice, which is great,” Harry added.
However, not everyone was thrilled to hear about Lilibet's vocal development at such a young age.
Benjamin Smallbrook and Cora voiced their concerns, questioning why Harry would mention that his one-year-old daughter is already learning to use her voice.
They found it bothersome, especially when discussing a child who has barely left the nappy stage.
“Is anyone surprised to hear this?
Harry is telling people that Archie already speaks three languages.
God only knows what Harry and Meghan are teaching Lily and Archie,” they remarked.
Speculation also arose regarding the upbringing of Harry and Meghan's children.
Will Lily grow up to be a mean girl at school because she witnessed her mother's alleged mistreatment of staff?
The possibilities seem endless, and it remains uncertain what kind of influence the couple's unconventional lifestyle will have on their children.
“Could she dive into the same hippy-dippy crap that Meghan claimed about Archie, who walks past palm trees and calls them Mama and Papa?
From what we've heard, it makes us think that the trees are more parents to those kids than their actual parents,” critics pondered.
Meanwhile, the Sussex Squad, a devoted group of supporters, expressed their dissatisfaction with the timing of King Charles' coronation.
Scheduled for May 6th, 2023, which also happens to be Archie's birthday, some fans felt that this was more than just a coincidence.
They believed it to be a deliberate snub towards Prince Harry and his son, as the decision was made amidst an evident rift between the Sussexes and the rest of the royal family.
However, royal expert Duncan Larcombe offered a different perspective.
According to Larcombe, Charles' decision was not an intentional exclusion of Harry and Archie but rather a matter of challenging scheduling.
“The people that are seeing this as some kind of deliberate snub to both Harry and Archie are barking up the wrong tree,” Larcombe stated.
He emphasized that organizing a major event like a coronation is never easy, and inevitably, someone will always feel slighted or left out.
Larcombe acknowledged that the planning team did their best with the information available, but he also recognized the sensitivity of the situation.
