Prince Harry was spotted playing polo in California over the weekend, accompanied by his close friends David Foster and Catherine McPhee.

The Duke of Sussex, who recently made a quick visit to Britain for the Queen's Platinum Jubilee, spent time on the sidelines with American Idol runner-up Catherine, her composer husband David, and their one-year-old son Rennie.

Notably absent were Harry's wife Meghan Markle and their children Archie and Lilibet, who did not attend the match at the Santa Barbara Polo and Racquet Club.

Unfortunately, the Royals' Los Padres team lost the game 12 to 11.

David Foster, who is only a year younger than Prince Charles, has been regarded by some as a father figure to Prince Harry.

In 2019, Catherine posted an Instagram photo featuring herself and Meghan from their school days.

She humorously captioned it, “Meghan and I did musicals together as kids.

She grew up to be the Duchess of Sussex, and I grew up to star on the West End, so same life if you ask me.”
