The property, owned by businessman Mark Schulhoff, was purchased by him in 2013 for $14.6 million.

The New York Post reports that the house, built in 2006, was designed by architects Don Nolte and J.F.

Brennan, with the interior crafted by Nandeship Aradharan.

The grand dining room features a silver leaf ceiling and several sculptures, while the technological features include a generator, solar power, and a greywater irrigation system.

Additionally, the property includes a five-car garage.

Listed for sale for nearly a year and a half, the 12,804 square foot house is being marketed by Ray and Malmsteen of Santa Barbara Brokers and Riskin Partners Group at Village Properties.

Although and no longer own this extravagant residence, they do possess another property in Montecito, which they acquired for almost $15 million.
