Prince Harry and Meghan Markle to Skip Brooklyn Beckham’s Wedding

and will not be attending Brooklyn Beckham's highly anticipated wedding this weekend, according to Lorraine regular Ross King.

The wedding of David and Victoria Beckham's eldest son, Brooklyn, 23, to actress Nicola Peltz, 27, is expected to be the celebrity event of the year.

However, despite David and Victoria attending Harry and Meghan's wedding in 2018, the royal couple will not be present at this occasion.

During an interview on The Lorraine Show, showbiz correspondent Ross King discussed the upcoming ceremony with stand-in host Ranveer Singh.

Ranveer asked if there were any chances of Harry and Meghan being invited to the wedding, to which Ross responded with a definitive “No.”

This news left Ranveer feeling disappointed, as he had hoped the royal couple would attend.

Ross further explained that he would be very surprised if Harry and Meghan did make an appearance, especially considering their current circumstances.

Ross also revealed an interesting tidbit about Harry and Meghan potentially attending the Oscars.

Apparently, there was a possibility of them being present at the prestigious event.

However, it seems they encountered some issues with their charter jet, which became their excuse for not attending.

Ross humorously admitted that he had used similar excuses in the past to avoid going to weddings.

He jokingly said, “Sorry, I've got charter jet issues.”

Ranveer then brought up the topic of guest lists and speculated on who has control over it.

He mentioned that when planning a wedding, couples often debate whether to invite their parents' friends or prioritize their own.

In this case, Harry and Meghan are more like friends of the parents rather than close friends of the couple getting married.

Ross added that Vogue magazine might also have a say in the guest list, as having famous people in attendance can increase the publication's interest and revenue.

Ranveer raised an interesting point about the optics of Harry and Meghan skipping 's memorial service but potentially attending a celebrity wedding shortly after.

He stated that in terms of public relations, it might not be viewed favorably for them to prioritize a glamorous event over a family memorial.

Although it is still unconfirmed whether Harry and Meghan will attend the wedding, initial reports suggested they would fly from their California home to Florida for the occasion.

Harry and Meghan have faced criticism for their absence at 's memorial service, with Piers Morgan launching a scathing attack on the couple.

In a heated feud, the former Good Morning Britain host accused them of being spoiled brats who preferred sulking in their Californian mansion instead of supporting their grandmother during a difficult time.

Neither Harry nor Meghan had issued any statements prior to the memorial service.

While the Sussexes might not be present at this weekend's extravagant affair in Florida, Brooklyn and Nicola are expecting many other stars to attend.

The couple has planned a luxurious $3 million ceremony at Palm Beach, and renowned chef Gordon Ramsay, a longtime friend of the groom's parents, has already arrived with his family.

American football legend Tom Brady, another close friend of David Beckham, is expected to attend with his supermodel wife Gisele Bundchen.

Furthermore, there are rumors of a possible Spice Girl reunion, as Emma Bunton, Mel B, Mel C, and Jerry Horner have all reportedly received invitations.

In conclusion, and will not be attending Brooklyn Beckham's highly anticipated wedding.

While their absence may disappoint some, the star-studded event is still expected to be a memorable affair with numerous celebrities in attendance.
