Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis Return to School at Lambrook
Like millions of pupils across the country, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis are set to return to their respective classrooms at Lambrook School today.
The young royals, accompanied by their parents, Prince William and Kate, were seen enrolling at their new school in Berkshire.
This also marked Louis' first day in his reception class.
While the Prince and Princess have previously shared adorable portraits of their children on their first day at school, it is unlikely that they will release images this year.
The couple tends to reserve photographs for milestone occasions, such as when their children first start school or nursery.
When the trio started at the school in September 2022, after the family relocated from Kensington Palace in London, they arrived dressed in summer uniform.
George and Louis were seen wearing matching collared shirts tucked into navy blue shorts, while Charlotte wore a blue collared dress.
Princess Kate opted for a casual yet sophisticated ensemble, donning a Rixo brown midi dress with white polka dots and Gianvito Rossi heels.
Meanwhile, Prince William wore a navy blue suit.
It is expected that the children will dress similarly this year, as long as the weather remains warm.
Lambrook School is known as one of the top prep schools in the UK, offering not only excellent academic results but also a wide range of activities to keep the kids entertained.
The school boasts impressive sports, drama, and music facilities, including an indoor pool, a full-size AstroTurf soccer field, and a nine-hole golf course.
Additionally, students can participate in various clubs such as horse riding, fencing, scuba diving, and polo.
The move to the new school also meant a change in location for the royal family, as they relocated from London to Windsor.
The family is enjoying the freedom of being able to cycle around the estate, and they are excited to meet everyone in their new community.
While the children settle into the new school term at Lambrook, their parents will soon resume their royal duties.
Prince William is scheduled to travel to New York on September 18th to attend the Earthshot Prize Innovation Summit, where the finalists for his environmental awards will be announced.
Despite having a trusted nanny and aides, Prince William and Kate are known to be hands-on parents, taking care of their children's needs firsthand as much as possible.
Recently, Catherine was spotted shopping for school supplies with her children.
However, it seems that even royal moms can make common mistakes.
According to a source, Kate forgot to bring socks for George and Charlotte when they went to get fitted for their school shoes at a department store in London.
The store kindly provided socks for the fitting, coming to the rescue of not only the royal children but also many other parents who have found themselves in similar situations.
As the new school year begins, we wish the Wales' children the best of luck at Lambrook School.
May they have a successful and fulfilling academic term ahead.
