Phones for You Billionaire spills Meg’s offer, special services to him in his 2013 party

, the Duchess of Sussex, made headlines once again as it was revealed that she charmed everyone at a high society party hosted by UK billionaire John Cordwell back in 2013.

The actress, who was then working on the TV show Suits and looking for work in the UK, attended the event in Mayfair, London.

In an unseen photo taken at the charity event, Meghan can be seen posing with her brown hair loose, wearing a silk one-shouldered dress.

It was a glamorous affair, and Meghan's presence certainly caught the attention of many.

Sources claim that she didn't return to her accommodation that evening and instead stayed late with the men at the party.

The hosting gig at Cordwell's house was secured for Meghan by her publicist, Nick Ede, who is also a former friend of hers.

Ede arranges the yearly event on behalf of actress Eva Longoria and introduced Meghan to Cordwell, who is worth a staggering £1.5 billion.

The billionaire is known for socializing with the likes of Boris Becker, Lindsay Lohan, The Ecclestons, and Boris Johnson.

Ede spoke exclusively about the night, saying, “We were actually introduced through her publicist at the time.

He introduced us, and he was basically saying that she wanted to do stuff in London.

So then we set up the meeting and we started to chat, and then we met and we kind of got on really well.

We went to John Cordwell's house, the billionaire's house, for a party the night before.”

Meghan attended the party with Ede and other attendees, including Lizzie Cundy.

The drinks were flowing, and the atmosphere was lively in the 1600s Jacobean manor set in 24 acres of land.

After the party, Cundy and her friend Clare Cordwell offered to give Meghan a ride home, but she declined, choosing to stay late with the nobles instead.

Describing Meghan, Ede said, “She was absolutely a gregarious, fun, intelligent woman who charmed everyone because she really is fabulous.”

It was at this party that Meghan famously befriended Cundy, who claimed that she was encouraged to do so by Mr. Cordwell.

Cundy recalled, “I was at a charity event with John Cordwell, and he said, ‘Look, can you sit next to this girl?

She's flown in from Canada.'

But as it happens, we got on really, really well, and we did have a huge giggle.

And she wanted to find an English boyfriend, so I said, ‘Hmm, maybe I can help you.'”

The following day, Cundy interviewed Meghan on the red carpet for the charitable event.

During the interview, Meghan expressed her fondness for London, saying, “It's very cold, but the people are so warm.

As cheesy as that sounds, I was joking today that I've never been called love or darling more in my life, so it makes me want to stick around for a while.”

John Cordwell, who recently became a father for the seventh time, had humble beginnings, attending Shelton Church of England School and then Bury Hyall High School.

He abandoned his A-levels to become an apprentice at Michelin and later ventured into the second-hand car business.

However, his business grew exponentially, leading him to sell Phones for You in 2006 for just under £1.5 billion.
