Meghan Markle Faces Bullying Allegations: Palace Investigation Under Scrutiny

, the Duchess of Sussex, has once again found herself at the center of controversy as leaked information about bullying allegations against her has caused a storm.

Prior to her bombshell interview with in March, Meghan and were confronted with claims that Meghan had bullied staff members during her time as a working royal.

The Times of London alleged that she had driven two personal assistants out of the household and undermined the confidence of another staff member, citing royal aides.

In response, Meghan denied the allegations, labeling the Times reporter's actions as a calculated smear campaign against her.

Her attorneys even suggested that Buckingham Palace was behind the false narrative.

Despite this, Buckingham Palace announced an investigation into the bullying claims and hired an external law firm to conduct it, according to CNN.

In a statement on Twitter, Buckingham Palace expressed concern about the allegations and emphasized their commitment to a dignity at work policy that does not tolerate bullying or harassment.

Months have passed since the initial claims were made, but Buckingham Palace has remained tight-lipped about the findings of their investigation into Meghan's alleged bullying of palace staff.

The Daily Mail discovered that the secrecy surrounding the investigation was intentional, with only a small number of employees involved in the case being interviewed.

These individuals likely included the two unnamed personal assistants, another staff member, and Simon Case, 's former press secretary.

Case reportedly received an email in 2018 from Jason Knauf, Kensington Palace's communications secretary, expressing concerns about Meghan's behavior.

A source close to the investigation revealed to the Daily Mail that there are serious questions about how the original complaints were handled internally.

They also noted that the investigation has been far from comprehensive.

The lack of transparency and limited interviews have raised doubts about the impartiality and effectiveness of the palace's inquiry.

Many staff members are unaware if the investigation is still ongoing due to the secrecy surrounding it.

Despite the uncertainty, Meghan and Harry are said to have a plan in place to counter any false claims that may arise from the investigation.

Newsweek reports that the couple has prepared a 30-page dossier to refute any untrue allegations.

However, Meghan has been warned that her life before joining the royal family could lead to the release of unauthorized biographies containing embarrassing revelations.

Royal expert Jonathan Saccedotti believes that members of Meghan's family may be inclined to publish such biographies, sharing stories about her from before she became a royal.

Speaking to Express.co.uk, Saccedotti highlighted the strained relationship between Meghan and her father, who has been critical of her and Harry's behavior.

He predicts that more awkward revelations about Meghan could emerge through unauthorized biographies, serving as a counterbalance to the carefully managed PR efforts by the couple.

Saccedotti suggests that Meghan and Harry should anticipate how they will respond to these revelations.

As the investigation into the bullying allegations continues, the spotlight remains on and the implications it may have for her reputation and future within the royal family.

The findings, when eventually released, will undoubtedly shape the narrative surrounding this contentious issue.
