This came just a day after King Charles's coronation, where Markle chose to spend her time outdoors instead of celebrating her son Archie's birthday.

Sporting a sporty outfit, Markle donned a hat and sunglasses, with the notable inclusion of the hat she often wore during her yacht trips.

According to sources close to Heather Durack, who joined Meghan and Marcus on their Sunday outing, the couple had actually spent their intimate time on a yacht in Los Angeles on Archie's birthday.

They later proceeded to a late-night club before returning to their mansion in Montecito at 3 a.m.

It is worth noting that Prince Harry was in San Francisco at the time, completely unaware of these activities.

To cover her tracks, Meghan informed her spokesperson, Omid Scobie, to spread the news that she was at home with Archie, allowing him to watch his grandfather's coronation on television.

Speaking to Entertainment Tonight, Omid Scobie emphasized the importance of Prince Harry ensuring that his children understand their connection to the royal family.

He acknowledged the difficulties posed by the time difference, making it challenging for the children to witness the coronation ceremony live.

However, Scobie speculated that some effort would have been made over the weekend to at least show them what was happening across the Atlantic.

Consequently, Archie ended up spending his birthday watching a rerun of the coronation, rather than having a traditional celebration.

This raises questions about Meghan's decision to stay back, as one would assume that she wanted Archie to experience his family's heritage firsthand.

Perhaps she even woke him up before sunrise to witness the event live.

However, it is essential to clarify that Archie and Lilibet are not considered part of the royal family.

This revelation comes amid claims made by a royal expert, Angela Levin, who argued that Meghan Markle's first public appearance since the coronation was disingenuous.

According to Meghan's spokesperson, she declined an invitation from Buckingham Palace in favor of spending time with Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet in the United States.
