Lux Dinner Hosted by Meghan Markle Sparks Controversy: No Photos Allowed

Imagine spending $5,000 on a luxurious dinner only to be prohibited from taking a single photo.

This is precisely what attendees can expect at the upcoming Lux dinner hosted by on November 29th.

The Women's Fund of Central Indiana, the organization behind this extravagant event, claims that all proceeds will go towards empowering women and girls.

Describing Markle as a mother, feminist, and advocate for human rights, the fund lauds her lifelong commitment to championing the cause of women and girls.

Despite the hefty price tag attached to the tickets, guests are also forbidden from recording any part of the event.

Additionally, attendees must confirm that they are not members of the media.

The $5,000 cost covers a table for ten people and includes $2,500 worth of food and beverages.

Interestingly, a now-deleted social media post from the fund encouraged attendees to embark on a road trip to attend the dinner.

However, it appears that information regarding table prices has mysteriously vanished from the Women's Fund of Central Indiana website.

Nevertheless, the Power of Women event, featuring the beloved duchess, is still being promoted.

Royal expert Neil Sean recently shared a video discussing Meghan's speaking engagement at Marriott.

He revealed that, as per Meghan's request, no media will be allowed at the event.

However, Sean pointed out that the Women's Fund took to social media to boost ticket sales, highlighting the hypocrisy of their stance against media coverage.

Another royal expert, Daniela Elsa, has ridiculed Meghan for what she sees as a new low.

Elsa compared the Women's Fund of Central Indiana event to one held four years ago, where former First Lady Michelle Obama spoke to a sold-out audience of 13,000 people in an indoor arena.

In contrast, the largest capacity of the conference space at the Indianapolis Marriott Downtown, where Meghan's event will take place, is only 2,500 people.

Elsa argued that Meghan does not possess the same drawing power as a high-profile guest like Michelle Obama.

Elsa further emphasized Meghan's dwindling popularity by pointing out the view counts on YouTube.

A recent upload from Variety featuring Meghan on the front page garnered 213,000 views, while a previous front page star, Ana de Armas, received 279,000 views.

According to Elsa, the internet seems to have turned against Meghan, and her once-promising future now appears uncertain.

It is unclear when or how this shift occurred, but it seems that between the gates of Frogmore Cottage and the doors of the Indianapolis Marriott Downtown ballroom, Meghan's grand aspirations have taken a hit.

Previously, after the highly publicized split from the royal family, it seemed almost certain that Meghan would rise from the ashes like a fashion-forward Phoenix, combining the qualities of Mother Teresa, , and Beyoncé to spearhead her own brand of 21st-century activism.

However, the numbers tell a different story, and Meghan's journey has encountered significant bumps along the way.
