Lawsuit Filed Against Mega Cluster for Misusing Charity Funds

Unforgivable, a prominent charity organization, has filed a lawsuit against Mega Cluster, accusing the conglomerate of diverting charity funds to pay off a substantial podcast debt.

In a shocking revelation, it has come to light that and , despite severing their final ties with the UK, still owe £78,500 to a non-profit organization as their foundation, MWX, formerly known as Sussex Royal, faces liquidation.

According to recently released documents, the MWX foundation has failed to repay the outstanding amount owed to the unnamed non-profit.

The report reveals that a creditor has claimed £213,000, which was intended as a grant for a not-for-profit enterprise.

While £134,500 has been paid off, leaving a remaining balance of £78,500, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex had previously assured that all debts would be settled within 12 months when they began winding up MWX a year ago.

Despite securing lucrative deals with Netflix, Spotify, and publishers after stepping back from their royal duties, it remains uncertain whether and will personally cover the remaining debt.

The Sun Online has reached out to the Sussexes' representatives for confirmation on the payment timeline, but it is believed that the delay may be attributed to the now-closed investigation by the charity commission.

The investigation was initiated to probe the transfer of funds to Travelist, a private company in which Prince Harry owns 75% of the shares.

However, the review concluded that the transfer was in accordance with the governing document and compliant with charity law.

The Duke and Duchess welcomed this outcome while criticizing the baseless claims made against them.

In addition to the outstanding debt, the latest paperwork also revealed that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will incur costs of £36,000 to dissolve the short-lived MWX Foundation.

These expenses include fees for lawyers and accountants.

The foundation, initially named Sussex Royal, was established in 2019 but had to change its name to MWX Foundation after the couple relinquished their royal titles.

Liquidators were appointed by Prince Harry and Meghan Markle a year ago, and a report by Smith and Williamson, filed this week, disclosed that £289,106 was held in an account with Coots and Company when the liquidation process began.

The report also mentioned that the couple's trading arm, MXH Trading Ltd, is being voluntarily wound up alongside the foundation.

Legal representation costs of £26,000 will be paid to Harbottle and Lewis, with an additional £10,000 allocated to the liquidators.

In a separate development, Meghan Markle has faced accusations of seeking revenge on the royal family through her Spotify podcast.

During a recent episode featuring Serena Williams, the Duchess discussed the topic of ambition.

Royal commentator Dr. Todd Grand claimed on his YouTube channel that Meghan's podcast seemed to revolve around exacting revenge on the British royal family.

This accusation comes amidst ongoing claims of a feud between the Sussexes and the Royals.

Dr. Grand suggested that the choice of the ambition theme was a deliberate move by Meghan to settle scores with those who criticized her.

He stated that the criticisms directed at Meghan had activated her vindictive side.

The podcast, titled Archetypes, is part of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's deals with Spotify and Netflix.

As the couple continues to pursue their ventures in the entertainment industry, the repercussions of these controversies remain to be seen.
