Lady C Claims Prince Harry and Meghan Face Deposition in Defamation Lawsuit

Lady C recently made a bold statement, asserting that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are set to undergo deposition as part of the defamation lawsuit brought forth by Meghan's half-sister, Samantha Markle.

The relationship between Meghan and Samantha took a sour turn when Samantha accused Meghan of defamation during a revealing interview with Oprah Winfrey in 2021.

In the course of the conversation, Meghan disclosed that she had grown up thinking she was an only child and had limited knowledge of Samantha.

Consequently, Samantha alleged that Meghan's remarks had tarnished her reputation, specifically affecting the credibility of her book titled “The Diary of Princess Pushy's Sister Part 1,” where she detailed her experiences with Meghan growing up.

Seeking justice, Samantha is pursuing $75,000 in damages through the defamation lawsuit.

However, the case was thrown out in March of the following year when a U.S. district judge ruled that Meghan's statements were expressions of opinion rather than factual claims.

Undeterred, Samantha proceeded to file an amended complaint the subsequent month, standing firm in her pursuit of justice against Harry and Meghan.

Lady C also suggested that Harry and Meghan are facing challenging times with no likelihood of reconciling with the royal family.

The renowned royal biographer shared her insights during an appearance on GB News alongside Nana Akua, discussing Harry's recent trip to the UK to be with his father following a cancer diagnosis.
