King Charles to Remove Prince Harry from Line of Succession, Poll Shows

In a surprising turn of events, is reportedly considering stripping of his position as 5th in line to the throne, effectively blocking him from ever becoming king.

This decision comes after a recent poll conducted by DeltaPoll, which revealed that more than half of the population supports the removal of from the Order of Succession.

Out of the 1,504 people surveyed, 52% expressed their support for stripping the Duke of Sussex of his position, placing him behind his brother, the Prince of Wales, and William's children – George, Charlotte, and Louis.

On the other hand, only 27% opposed the idea, while 21% remained neutral on the matter.

The poll also shed light on public opinion regarding Prince Harry and his family's titles.

A majority of 51% believed that Harry and his young family should have their titles revoked.

Currently, Prince Harry and his wife hold the titles of Duke and Duchess of Sussex, while their children, Arch and , can use the titles of Prince and Princess as grandchildren of the reigning monarch, .

Interestingly, the poll indicated a decline in Prince Harry's popularity since the passing of in September 2022.

When asked about their views on Prince Harry following the queen's death, 45% of respondents stated that their opinion of him had deteriorated, while only 12% claimed it had improved.

In contrast, the Prince and Princess of Wales, and Catherine, received positive ratings from 76% of those surveyed.

The majority believed that both William and Catherine were performing well in their new roles.

Additionally, was chosen as the senior royal best suited to secure the future of the Commonwealth.

Adding fuel to the fire, Prince Harry has faced criticism from Karen Brady, who highlighted his brother's triumph in a recent US survey.

The poll revealed that Prince William emerged as the most popular public figure in the United States, surpassing figures like Donald Trump and Vladimir Zelensky.

Notably, Prince Harry did not even make the shortlist.

In her column for the Sun, Karen Brady suggested that Prince Harry's attempts to undermine his brother had failed.

She praised Prince William, describing him as positive, honourable, and dignified.

Brady also remarked that Prince Harry's move to the United States and his relentless efforts to tarnish the royal family's reputation made it even more significant that Americans could see the good side of William.

She concluded by stating that Harry simply does not command the same level of respect.

The poll results have also raised questions about whether Prince Harry should be stripped of his constitutional role as a councillor of state, which allows him to stand in for his father on matters of state.

Additionally, Buckingham Palace recently removed any reference to Harry as his royal highness from the official royal website.

On a more positive note, the poll revealed a boost in support for King Charles.

A substantial majority of 70% expressed satisfaction with the king's performance as he approaches the end of his first year on the throne.

As discussions continue regarding Prince Harry's position in the line of succession, it remains to be seen how this potential change will impact the dynamics within the royal family and the future of the monarchy.
