King Charles Celebrates 75th Birthday Amidst Relief That Harry and Meghan Are Absent

celebrated his 75th birthday yesterday, and it seems that most members of the royal family are breathing a sigh of relief that and were not present for the occasion.

The milestone birthday, which falls on November 14th, saw the King banning his son from returning to the UK to join in the festivities.

Harry, Meghan, and their two children, who currently reside in Southern California, were not invited to the intimate family gathering.

The news of this so-called snub from the Duke and Duchess of Sussex was met with a sense of relief by some, according to royal reporter Neil Sean.

“Let's be very clear, most senior members of the British monarchy are more than relieved by the news that the two former royals known as Harry and Meghan are simply not going to be returning for the birthday celebrations,” he told Fox News.

“The simple fact is, who needs victims at a family celebration?”

Sean continued.

He also highlighted Meghan's previous statement about Harry losing his father in a magazine interview, which deeply affected .

The King, who has always been there for his youngest son, felt that this public remark was the worst possible thing that could have been said about him as a father.

Five years ago, King Charles could never have foreseen how this historic birthday would unfold.

However, reaching this milestone has made him realize, according to close sources, the true challenges that come with being a reigning monarch.

The King's celebration is expected to be a low-key event attended by his closest family and friends, excluding his youngest son, who recently published his explosive memoir, “Spare.”

This private affair is in response to the ongoing cost-of-living crisis faced by the United Kingdom and the world.

Instead of personal gifts, the King has requested that cards, flowers, and donations be sent to local charities, as he feels that, at 75 years old, he already has everything he needs.

The decision to not invite Harry and Meghan to his birthday celebration seems to have been the right one by the King.

However, Meghan has never allowed royal events to overshadow her presence.

Just yesterday, she sent her mother, Doria Ragland, to steal the spotlight from the King's tea party.

Whenever there are important royal occasions, Meghan tends to make public appearances.

On this occasion, Meghan released a photo of Doria Ragland, who seemed to have taken inspiration from her daughter's style choices.

Doria donned a sleek power suit as she attended the Kinsey African American Art and History Collection at the SoFi Stadium in Inglewood.

In a sweet selfie, she posed alongside American actress Victoria Rowell and Deanie Brewer, radiating joy.

This move is reminiscent of the photo Meghan took with Kris Jenner and the Kardashians two months ago, where Doria also requested a photo with the American actress, giving the impression of a close friendship.

It appears that these photos are simply opportunities for Doria to sell to the media, as long as one buys a ticket.

Interestingly, these revelations emerged just hours after King Charles began his birthday celebrations by cutting a cake during a tea party at Highgrove.

The event featured a rock choir and around 60 guests who sang to congratulate him on this personal milestone.

The King, who plans to celebrate his big day with friends and family, also invited community champions from Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, and Somerset—local heroes nominated by others—who are also turning 75 this year.
