Invictus Canada 2025 Executives Fired Amidst Budget Concerns

Last week, the news of the abrupt firing of two top executives from Invictus Canada 2025, along with rumors of the event going over budget, left many of us puzzled.

It seemed as though they had been blindsided by the decision.

However, what followed was even more surprising – a full-fledged PR campaign by the name of “harkle” in Vancouver, just five days after the firings took place.

This raises questions about the timing and motives behind the terminations.

Why not wait until after the visit?

Unless, of course, these individuals were hindering the event financially.

The coincidence of the firings and the PR campaign seems rather suspicious.

It appears that the visit may not have proceeded as planned if the CEO and CCO had not been let go, as the Herald had scheduled engagements outside of the Invictus ones.

Regardless, the trip had to happen, and Invictus had to foot the bill, given that is the patron.

In other news, reports indicate that the Vancouver Canucks and Cook's Autism Network are proud to host the fifth annual Autism Acceptance Night at Rogers Arena during the KCKS vs. San Jose Sharks game on November 20, 2023.

This event aims to celebrate inclusivity and acceptance, featuring voices from the autism community.

Michael Doyle, president of Cook's Sport and Entertainment Business Operations, expressed his pride in supporting causes that hold a special place in their organization.

He emphasized that K has been instrumental in providing life-changing programs for individuals on the autism spectrum and their families, while also working tirelessly to promote inclusion in the community.

Interestingly, amidst all the media attention surrounding and Meghan, the focus on autism acceptance seemed to fade into the background.

This raises an important question: Did Harry steal the spotlight from an autistic child during the puck drop moment?

Originally, an autistic child was supposed to participate in the ceremony, representing their group.

However, it appears that Harry and Meghan took over the moment.

While Harry had been asked to drop the puck due to his long-standing association with the event, he could have still shared the ice with the child, acting as an enthusiastic and supportive figure.

He could have handed the puck to the child and cheered them on as they performed the ceremonial drop.

This would have made a more impactful and visually appealing scene.

Unfortunately, Harry did not choose this path.

The incident overshadowed what was supposed to be a night dedicated to autism acceptance, as well as the announcement of a generous $2.2 million donation towards children's autism programs.

It is worth noting that Harry and Meghan reportedly did not contribute any funds to these programs, despite their presence at the event.

Furthermore, considering it was Autism Awareness Day, an autistic singer performed the national anthem.

While everyone faced forward with respect, Meghan's incessant head-turning and smiling at Harry, who appeared to ignore her, drew attention away from the cause.

These incidents highlight why serious philanthropists like Michelle Amal prefer to distance themselves from Invictus.

The organization has become more known for its fashion choices and less for its inspiring athletic achievements.
