Their visit will commence in Manchester on September 5, where they will attend the One Young World Summit.

Following this, the Duke and Duchess will travel to Düsseldorf, Germany, on September 6, to participate in the one-year-to-go event for the 2023 Invictus Games.

They will then return to the UK for the WellChild Awards on September 8.

Harry has been a patron of the organization since 2007, and the couple previously attended the awards together in 2019.

Two years ago, Harry and Meghan made the decision to step down from their roles as senior working royals.

However, the recent poll conducted by Express.co.uk indicates that a vast majority of readers, with a total of 30,928 votes, do not support their return to the UK next month.

In fact, 96% of respondents (29,653 people) expressed their disapproval, while only 3% (1,058 people) indicated their support, and 1% (217 people) remained undecided.

The comments section below the article accompanying the poll was flooded with opinions from readers, echoing the sentiment that Harry and Meghan should not return to the UK.

One reader, identified as Jane Waller, stated, “No, they are not welcome.”

Another reader, Winnie Woo, concurred, saying, “No, we don't want them here.

They've made it abundantly clear they do not like the UK.”

Similarly, Casual Carlos wrote, “They should stay away, full stop,” while Jackalanton expressed a complete lack of support for their return, stating, “I don't support their return during their lifetimes, let alone next month.”

Royal expert and author Richard Fitzwilliams weighed in on the matter, suggesting that Harry and Meghan's visit will be challenging due to their public criticism of the royal family, particularly in their interview with .

Only 32% of respondents viewed Harry positively, while 58% held a negative opinion.
