Harry Warns Ricky Wilson About Sharing Photo, Sparks Speculation of Tension Between Brothers
Prince Harry has come under fire for allegedly displaying a sense of entitlement, with some accusing him of having a “star disease.”
The criticism comes after Ricky Wilson, lead vocalist of the Kaiser Chiefs, revealed that Harry issued a cheeky warning to him about sharing a photo they had taken together.
Wilson, 43, shared this incident while co-hosting the Chris Evans Breakfast Show on Virgin Radio with Gabby Roslin, 57.
Wilson recounted the encounter, explaining that he and his bandmates had the opportunity to meet the Duke of Sussex backstage at a concert.
While Harry, 37, agreed to take a photo with them, he also issued a cautionary remark.
Wilson recalled, “Just as he was walking away, Harry said, ‘Don't put that up anywhere.'
I don't know whether he was joking or not, but I have never put it up anywhere.”
The incident raises questions about the relationship between Prince Harry and his brother, Prince William.
Since Harry's decision to step back from his royal duties and prioritize his family and mental health, their relationship has reportedly suffered.
The couple's explosive interview with Oprah Winfrey, in which they criticized the royal family, further strained the situation.
Harry's reluctance to return to the UK has only added fuel to the fire.
In the mental health series “The Me You Can't See,” Harry expressed that flying back to the UK triggers negative emotions for him.
He admitted, “For most of my life, I've always felt worried, concerned, a little bit tense and uptight whenever I fly back into the UK, whenever I fly back to London.”
As a result, Harry has opted out of several royal engagements, including a private party to celebrate the unveiling of a Princess Diana statue at Kensington Gardens.
While Prince William and other high-profile guests attended, Harry chose to remain in California.
This decision has intensified the drama within the royal family, with his absence looming over the event.
Furthermore, Harry will not be present for Remembrance Sunday, a significant public gathering for the royals.
Instead, he will be in New York City attending the Intrepid Museum's Salute to Freedom Gala alongside his friend John Bon Jovi in November.
This preference for New York over London suggests that Harry finds more peace and less stress in the Big Apple.
The incident with Ricky Wilson adds to the speculation surrounding Harry's strained relationships within the royal family.
While the true nature of his warning remains uncertain, it has raised eyebrows and fueled rumors of tension between the brothers.
As Harry continues to prioritize his mental well-being and distance himself from royal engagements, the dynamics within the family continue to evolve.
