Goddess: William Exposes Meg’s 67 Lies in Netflix’s New EP at Christmas Concert
Prince William Calls for Togetherness Amid Royal Drama
Prince William has urged unity within the royal family following the airing of the final episodes of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's docu-series.
Speaking at Catherine, the Princess of Wales' annual Christmas carol concert, the Prince of Wales quoted Queen Elizabeth's 2012 Christmas speech.
He emphasized the importance of togetherness, stating that the spirit of unity lies at the heart of the Christmas story.
The concert took place at Westminster Abbey and was attended by William, his wife Kate, their children, and other members of the royal family, including King Charles III.
The recent accusations made by Prince Harry against his brother and father during the documentary have caused tension within the family.
Prince Harry accused both of leaking sensitive information and expressed his fear of being yelled at by his brother and hearing untrue statements from his father during a family meeting regarding his departure from royal duties alongside Meghan.
Despite these serious allegations, both the Queen and the heir to the throne maintained the famous “keep calm and carry on” attitude associated with the late Queen Elizabeth.
Buckingham Palace and Kensington Palace declined to comment on the claims raised in the series, choosing instead to focus on official engagements.
King Charles continued with his scheduled activities, meeting with ambassadors from Italy and Kazakhstan.
Later, he visited London's community kitchen facilities with Camilla, Queen Consort, where they interacted with volunteers and staff.
In the afternoon, Prince Charles and Prince William, accompanied by their wives, attended Catherine's Christmas Carol concert at Westminster Abbey.
The event, titled “Together at Christmas,” was recorded on Thursday and will be aired in the UK on Christmas Eve, one day before the King's first Christmas address to the nation.
Despite the ongoing Sussex drama, the royal family presented a united front at the concert, paying tribute to the late Queen Elizabeth.
The Princess of Wales arrived first, wearing a maroon-colored coat-dress and carrying gloves and a clutch.
Kate, known for her signature bouncy blow-dry, showcased long drop earrings adorned with ruby and diamonds.
Shortly after, Prince George and Princess Charlotte arrived with their father, dressed in matching outfits.
Prince George wore a suit, mirroring his father's attire.
Camilla, who arrived alongside King Charles, had changed into a long white coat and a festive ruby brooch over a printed dress.
Other members of the royal family, including Sophie, Countess of Wessex, Princess Beatrice and her husband Edoardo Morpelli Mozzi, Princess Eugenie and her husband Jack Brooks Banks, Zara and Mike Tyndall, and Pippa Matthews, were also in attendance.
They all arrived hand in hand, demonstrating a show of unity.
In other news, it has been reported that Meghan Markle and Prince Harry took a photographer onto the grounds of Buckingham Palace without Queen Elizabeth II's permission.
The couple, who are set to release a docuseries in collaboration with Netflix, were seen walking in the garden entrance of the royal residence in a teaser.
According to sources, capturing such images and videos requires the monarch's approval, which was not obtained by the couple.
This incident is considered a genuine violation, highlighting the need for proper protocol even within the royal family.
As tensions continue to simmer within the royal circle, Prince William's call for togetherness serves as a reminder of the importance of unity during the holiday season.
The royal family's presence at Catherine's Christmas concert exemplified their commitment to maintaining a united front, despite the ongoing drama surrounding the Sussexes.
