Eugenie Cries as Will and Kate Consider Moving to Adelaide Cottage
In a surprising turn of events, Princess Eugenie reportedly burst into tears while pleading with Prince William and Kate Middleton not to take away her chance at living in Adelaide Cottage.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are said to be contemplating a move from their current Norfolk residence, Anmer Hall, to Adelaide Cottage, which has also caught Eugenie's eye in the past.
To shed some light on the situation, Express.co.uk spoke exclusively with Suzanne Roynon, an expert interiors therapist.
Roynon explained why Adelaide Cottage would be a more suitable choice for the Cambridges, stating, “As an interiors therapy expert and Fench Way consultant, I've been closely following the media reports of the anticipated move.
William and Kate prioritize their privacy and want their children, George, Charlotte, and Louis, to have a safe and happy childhood.
They are searching for a home that will nurture and support their family while providing a sense of security and normalcy.”
Roynon further elaborated on the different types of houses recognized by Fench Way, categorizing them as either good or bad for people and money.
Adelaide Cottage, nestled in Windsor Great Park and a mere ten-minute drive from Windsor Castle, has emerged as the frontrunner among the available royal grace and favor homes for the Cambridges.
The property, built in 1831, has maintained its original exterior, suggesting that it falls into the category of being good for people but bad for money.
The most recent occupant of Adelaide Cottage was Simon Rhodes, son of the Queen's dear friend and cousin, Margaret Rhodes.
Unfortunately, due to a codicil in his late mother's will, Rhodes was deprived of his inheritance.
Although he is believed to have vacated the property, he registered a company at the Adelaide Cottage address as recently as February 2022.
This serves as an example of the potential financial pitfalls associated with the property.
Despite the monetary concerns, Roynon assures that any negative energy within the cottage can be rectified with good feng shui.
She believes that Adelaide Cottage has the potential to become a happy family home for the Duke and Duchess, where their marriage and children can flourish.
In other news, there have been reports that Prince Charles has dismissed any discussions regarding Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie having formal royal roles.
Mail Plus Palace confidential host Joe Elvin discussed the matter with Richard Kay, acknowledging the increased public attention the princesses have been receiving.
However, Elvin expressed doubt about their chances of assuming official royal duties, stating, “I don't think they will have a formal royal role at all.”
He added that Prince Charles has made his intentions clear regarding a streamlined royal family, making it unlikely for the York sisters to be included in any capacity beyond occasional appearances.
Elvin acknowledged that while Beatrice and Eugenie may desire a royal role, they lead full-time lives outside of royal duties.
The future remains uncertain for both the Cambridges and the York sisters.
Will William and Kate ultimately choose to move to Adelaide Cottage, leaving Eugenie heartbroken?
And will Beatrice and Eugenie ever find a place within the formal royal family?
Only time will tell.
