Ellen Debunks Rumors: Harry and Meghan Living at San Ysidro Ranch, Not Montecito
In a recent video posted by Ellen DeGeneres, she has put to rest the rumors surrounding Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's alleged residence in Montecito.
The couple, who have been making headlines since stepping down as senior members of the royal family, appeared in an Archwall video update to congratulate members of the Archwall Foundation who were awarded places on the Youth Power Fund Advisory Committee.
Contrary to speculations, it is evident that the video was not filmed at the massive Montecito Olive Garden mansion that the couple supposedly owns.
It seems that Harry and Meghan rarely film anything at their own residence.
Even the Netflix docuseries about their lives did not take place in their actual home.
Instead, it was shot at another lavish mansion situated on 13,599 square feet of land.
If we examine their recent media appearances, including Meghan's Variety interview, it becomes clear that she was not in the Montecito house.
Rather, the interview was conducted at the Churchill Cottage, located within a hotel.
This location also served as the backdrop for Meghan's Variety photo shoot.
These photographs were not taken at their Montecito residence either.
Furthermore, Harry's 60-minute interview with Anderson Cooper and the interview with Tom Bradby were also not shot at the Montecito house.
Twitter user RestingDollFace shed some light on the situation, claiming that the Olive Garden now has new owners and that Ellen DeGeneres filmed the new owners a month or two ago.
It is worth noting that Ellen herself resides in picturesque Montecito alongside her wife, Portia de Rossi.
In a recent Instagram post, Ellen treated her massive following of 139 million followers to a tour of the exclusive neighborhood she shares with her neighbors, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.
The video showed Ellen driving around the area, wearing a zip-up jacket and glasses.
She humorously mentioned in the caption that the tour might be a blur behind her head.
During the drive, Ellen happened to notice moving trucks pulling up, suggesting that Harry and Meghan did not film their new video at their supposed mansion in Montecito.
This raises doubts about their ownership of the property and their ability to fully furnish it, as it appears empty.
RestingDollFace's investigation on Twitter revealed intriguing evidence pointing to the Sussexes actually living at San Ysidro Ranch instead of Montecito.
It was discovered that a person named Harrison Colcord wrote a letter to a bike shop owner who gifted a bicycle to Archie for his fourth birthday.
Further research uncovered that Harrison Colcord works as the director of sales and marketing at San Ysidro Ranch.
The fact that Harrison is not mentioned as part of the Sussexes' official staff, despite their usual announcements regarding staff arrivals and departures, is quite peculiar.
Additionally, the name on the letter sent to the bike shop puts Meghan in an unfavorable light.
Moreover, there is more evidence supporting the theory that the Sussexes reside at San Ysidro Ranch.
Remember those photos of Meghan and Marcus Anderson going for a hike without water and snacks after King Charles III's coronation?
It is alleged that they were walking near San Ysidro, which is known for its walking trails.
According to an article by New Idea Australia from October 2020, Meghan frequently spends time there.
And there's even more.
The photos of the Sussexes allegedly meeting up with Cameron Diaz, Benji Madden, and Gwyneth Paltrow at an exclusive 10-seat sushi restaurant were taken just seven minutes away from San Ysidro Ranch.
Considering all the evidence presented, it seems likely that the Sussexes have been residing at San Ysidro Ranch rather than Montecito.
It is worth noting that every on-camera interview they have conducted thus far has never taken place at their Montecito mansion, further supporting this theory.
