Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s Children Master Royal Etiquette

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge's children, Prince George VIII, VII, and IV, who hold the positions of third, fourth, and fifth in the royal line of succession, are not only known for their mischief but also for their impeccable manners.

Their mother, the Duchess of Cambridge, has personally taken charge of teaching her three children royal etiquettes, and according to etiquette expert Maya Maier, she is doing an exceptional job, despite ' mischievous behavior.

In a recent interview with US Weekly, Maier revealed that the Cambridge children are not undergoing any formal etiquette training.

Instead, they rely on their parents, Catherine and , to instruct them on how to behave appropriately as members of the royal family.

Maier further commented that during their royal visits, the children show respect and seem to be adapting well to their public roles.

She also mentioned that the absence of pressure to conform to certain expectations might contribute to their smooth adjustment to the extraordinary life they were born into.

Maier stated, “There have been occasions when it has been said and known that the children are not receiving etiquette training.

The Duchess of Cambridge is personally teaching them.

For example, before meeting someone or disembarking from a plane, she instructs them on how to conduct themselves, including how to curtsy.”

She expressed admiration for the Duchess's approach, emphasizing that there is no pressure on the children to be anything other than themselves.

Maier concluded by saying, “These are just beautiful little children who show respect in the best way their parents know how to teach them.”

The etiquette expert also shared an anecdote about a neighbor who encountered the Cambridge children near their home in Kensington Palace.

According to Maier, the neighbor witnessed the children walking down Kensington High Street with their nannies.

Despite being in a hurry, the neighbor was impressed when all three children moved aside, lined up, and nodded politely as she passed by.

This incident showcased their respectful nature and left a lasting impression on the observer.

Maier remarked, “Those are such polite children!”

and later realized who they were.

She found it remarkable and saw it as a testament to their excellent upbringing.

Maier's comments come in the wake of Prince Louis's behavior during the Queen's Jubilee, which garnered worldwide attention.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge's youngest child made his official debut at Trooping the Colour, where he joined his mother and step-grandmother, the Duchess of Cornwall, in the carriage procession.

Despite 's efforts to rein in Prince Louis's enthusiastic waving, the three children greeted the crowds with politeness and paid their respects to soldiers, both past and present, by bowing their heads as they passed the colors in the procession.

Prince George and Princess Charlotte have accompanied their parents on various outings, including a visit to Wales and the Jubilee concert at Buckingham Palace on June 3rd.

On that Sunday, they were joined by their four-year-old brother, Prince Louis, who stole hearts with his playful antics.

Charlotte and George couldn't contain their laughter as they watched their younger sibling walk up and down the Royal Box, capturing everyone's attention.

The Duchess of Cambridge had to intervene multiple times to redirect her youngest son's focus, ultimately leading to ask Prince Charles to let the boy sit on his knee.

Prince Charles engaged Louis in conversation, discussing the highlights of the People's Parade that marched outside Buckingham Palace, concluding the Jubilee celebrations.

The three children, along with their parents, grandparents, and great-grandmother, the Queen, also gathered on the Palace's balcony, a gesture seen by many as Her Majesty's approval of the next generation of royals.

Their presence symbolized the continuation of the royal legacy.

In conclusion, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge's children are not only mischievous but also well-mannered.

Their mother's personal involvement in teaching them royal etiquettes has ensured that they conduct themselves appropriately in public.

Despite their young age, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis have shown respect and adaptability, making their parents proud as they embrace their roles within the royal family.
