Duchess of Sussex Faces False Pregnancy Rumors: Investigation Reveals Alleged Conspiracy

The Duchess of Sussex, , has been subjected to a long-standing conspiracy theory that suggests she faked her two pregnancies.

Samantha Markle, her well-known half-sister, is allegedly one of the individuals spreading these false claims.

A recent investigation by BuzzFeed News has shed light on this matter, revealing that Samantha Markle has allegedly collaborated with other detractors of Meghan and her husband, , as well as an influential anti-Meghan YouTube account, in spreading the narrative of false pregnancies.

According to BuzzFeed's report, Samantha Markle, who describes herself as an author, playwright, and psychotherapist, has become a prominent figure in spreading false pregnancy rumors about Meghan.

Despite avoiding making these claims in interviews with mainstream media, she has allegedly used her Twitter account to actively engage in spreading these conspiracies.

The investigation also delves into Samantha Markle's accusations against Meghan, accusing her of social climbing her way into the British royal family and abandoning their American family, including their father Thomas Markle.

The Meghan pregnancy truthers, as they are called, are known for their outspokenness in spreading false pregnancy rumors about well-known women.

According to their claims, Meghan and 's children, and , were conceived through in vitro fertilization and delivered via surrogate.

Some even go as far as suggesting that the children may not exist at all, proposing that the Sussexes use lifelike baby dolls during public appearances.

In June 2021, Samantha Markle allegedly tweeted from her now-suspended AtTheMarkleSammy account, stating, “I think it should be required that proof of delivery from my sister's womb be produced if any of the children are to receive a title, and should not get a title because I feel a surrogate was involved.”

The account suspension came shortly after the publication of the BuzzFeed News article, though Twitter did not disclose the reason for the suspension.

Samantha Markle's attorney, Douglas Cale, has suggested that his client's email and other accounts may have been hacked, casting doubt on the authenticity of some of the screenshots presented in the BuzzFeed article.

He also stated that vague claims made by Samantha Markle could have been manufactured by third parties to discredit her.

Cale emphasized the urgency of investigating these matters further.

It is important to note that is not the first female celebrity to face false pregnancy theories.

Beyoncé, Kim Kardashian, and Sophie Hunter have all encountered similar allegations in recent years.

The Atlantic and Jezebel have published articles exploring celebrity conspiracy theories, highlighting instances where celebrities are accused of wearing prosthetic bellies or faking their pregnancies based on blurry photos or perceived physical changes.

In the case of Meghan, conspiracists have scrutinized videos showing her pregnant stomach moving as she walks or sits down and gets up from a chair.

One YouTube video titled “What the hell is that popping noise as pregnant Meghan Markle stands up” analyzes an instance where Meghan squats to pet a dog during an official engagement in January 2019.

These detailed analyses resemble the scrutiny applied to the Zapruder film, which captured the assassination of President John F. Kennedy.

The investigation into Samantha Markle's alleged involvement in spreading false pregnancy rumors about Meghan Markle continues.

Meanwhile, the Duchess of Sussex remains a target of baseless conspiracies, joining the ranks of other prominent women who have faced similar accusations.

As the truth becomes increasingly blurred in the age of social media, it is crucial to critically assess the sources and evidence behind such claims before perpetuating them.
