BetterUp, in a statement following Harry's appointment, stated that he would direct their social mission, expand their global community, and influence the vision of their member experience.

They expressed their belief that Harry's involvement would bring the power of personal and professional growth to people worldwide.

However, the company recently announced that 16% of its staff would be let go due to internal unrest.
