Busted: Archwell Impact Report Raises Questions About Funding

In a surprising turn of events, Archwell Fork Station, the organization established by Harry and Meghan in 2020, has released its highly anticipated 2022-23 impact report.

The report aims to shed light on the charitable efforts and contributions made by Archwell.

However, upon closer inspection, questions arise about the actual funding provided by the organization to the causes they claim to champion.

Archwell proudly announced on its website that it had provided 3,176 hours of trauma-informed mental health support to individuals affected by the tragic earthquake in Turkey and Syria.

Additionally, they claimed to have assisted 2,500 girls in Nigeria by providing menstrual products and health education.

Furthermore, Archwell highlighted the Welcome Project, which brought together 237 women in a community, with 109 families engaged in listening projects to guide their work.

But amidst all these noble endeavors, the crucial question remains: How much funding did Archwell actually provide to these causes?

Surprisingly, the tax report released by Archwell shortly after the impact report fails to disclose any specific amounts.

This raises doubts about the extent of their financial support for the organizations they claim to have partnered with.

It seems that the self-proclaimed achievements may be nothing more than self-aggrandizing noise, lacking substance and genuine impact.

Furthermore, it appears that Archwell's grants have been underwhelming even when they actively promoted their work.

This raises concerns about their commitment to making a real difference through Archwell.

Perhaps they have lost interest or find it too challenging to continue their philanthropic efforts.

It is disheartening to think that their dedication has dwindled to just one hour per week.

In an attempt to deflect criticism and bolster their image, the Harkles released a report claiming to promote information, integrity, and access to ethical journalism.

However, it is important to note that a self-produced impact report is merely a PR brochure, lacking the transparency and authenticity of real financial forms.

The true destination of their funds and the actual amounts remain undisclosed.

Upon reading the report, one cannot help but notice the usual buzzwords that often indicate minimal involvement beyond public relations.

Terms such as “partnered with,” “supported,” “highlighted,” “uplifted,” “dialogue and conversations,” “encouraged,” “shined a light,” and “promoted” are sprinkled throughout the report.

These words further reinforce the notion that their efforts are more about self-promotion than genuine impact.

It is worth mentioning that the Welcome Project, which Archwell highlights in their report, boasts an impressive 98.8% rate of meaningful relationships developed.

However, it is crucial to clarify that this project is not directly owned or managed by Archwell.

They merely highlight it and extract numbers from their report.

This raises doubts about the authenticity of the statistics presented.

This is not the first time that Archwell's achievements have been called into question.

Similar to last year's report, it seems that a significant portion of their accomplishments can be attributed to the work of other organizations and projects.

It appears that Archwell donates a meager amount to these organizations, benefiting from a tax write-off while claiming credit for the entirety of their work.

This raises ethical concerns and questions the sincerity of their intentions.

The pressure is mounting on and to deliver in 2024, as Hollywood reportedly grows tired of their ventures.

Their business endeavors have faced turbulence this year, including the termination of their lucrative Spotify deal.

Mark Bukowski, a seasoned crisis manager, suggests that a change is necessary for their brand to succeed.

He believes that 2024 will be a defining year for them, either leading to a recovery and a new positive direction or the undoing of their brand.

The current state of affairs is clearly not working, and they cannot afford to remain stagnant.
