Buckingham Reveals Harry’s Midnight Plea to William for Funding Sussexes from Cornwall, £24 Million Rejected

finds himself in an uncomfortable position as his brother, , recently made a late-night call to ask for financial assistance for himself and his children.

According to a report from a royal insider close to Buckingham Palace, this comes amidst rumors that the Sussexes are considering a return to the royal family.

Currently residing in California with their two children, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are allegedly facing mounting financial pressure as their lucrative deals begin to dwindle.

While their Netflix deal is in jeopardy, they were also recently dropped by Spotify.

In an attempt to explore the possibility of returning to the UK, reached out to his brother, .

The Duke of Cambridge receives a yearly allowance of £24 million from the Duchy of Cornwall, which currently has a surplus.

However, this surplus could diminish if Prince Harry and decide to rejoin the royal family.

Prince Harry insisted that Prince William should fund the Sussexes' duties, housing, schooling for and , and other associated costs, potentially straining the future king's finances.

Prince Harry previously claimed in his autobiography that his father, , found the idea of funding him and Meghan too burdensome.

However, it is important for Harry and Meghan to face reality—Prince William is under no obligation to provide financial support.

If they require assistance, perhaps they should turn to their father for help.

Furthermore, there is little chance of the Harkles returning to the royal family, especially if Prince William has any say in the matter.

The notion of reconciliation falls solely on the British royal family's responsibility, a nonsensical idea that the Duke of Cambridge firmly rejects.

The Prince of Wales supports his children financially, as well as any siblings who work on behalf of the monarchy.

Prince William can also allocate funds for personal projects, such as affordable housing.

However, he has zero obligation to financially support his siblings, their children, or their spouses.

There are no provisions for those who choose to go against the grain, thinking they can continuously rely on others.

Greed often leads to poor decision-making.

It is worth noting that Harry and Meghan left the royal family to achieve financial independence, which is why Harry complained to Oprah about being cut off by his father.

, , Peter Phillips, and Zara Tindall have never received any payments, just like Princess Margaret's children, David and Sarah.

These individuals found themselves in the same position that the Sussex Invisikids will face as they grow up—grandchildren of the king, cousins to a future king, and children of a younger sibling to the monarch.

There are no handouts for those who choose to step back from royal life, just as there won't be any available work for the Harkles if they decide to return.

They have alienated the entire country, making them undesirable for any engagements or public appearances.

In addition to their financial struggles, Meghan and Harry are reportedly banned from all royal events, including the Balmoral Retreat this summer.

It is not unreasonable for Harry's immediate family to prefer not to see or interact with him during what should be a joyful time spent with loved ones, especially considering the emotional toll of the upcoming one-year anniversary of the queen's passing.

Harry and Meghan should remind themselves that they declined every single invitation to Balmoral while they were working royals and even after.

Although Covid restrictions played a role, they still chose not to attend the summer before the queen's death, displaying a lack of compassion.

Therefore, they cannot now seek sympathy for their absence.
