Award Given to Meghan and Harry Raises Suspicion

The Robert F. Kennedy Ripple of Hope Award is set to be bestowed upon and in the coming month.

This recognition is in honor of their courageous stance against structural racism.

The ceremony, organized by the Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights Foundation, will take place on December 6.

However, it remains uncertain whether the Duke and Duchess of Sussex will attend.

Richard Eden, the Daily Mail diary editor, expressed skepticism about the award due to its timing.

As he discussed on a recent episode of Palace Confidential with host Jo Elvin, Eden questioned the proximity of the award ceremony to the visit of and Catherine to the United States.

He pointed out that the couple's involvement with the JFK Library and the Earthshot Prize coincides with this event.

Eden found the timing rather peculiar, stating that “everything seems a little odd.”

Nevertheless, Eden also emphasized that it may not be necessary to dwell too much on this alleged human rights award.

However, concerns have been raised regarding the potential impact of Meghan and Harry's attendance at the ceremony on their already strained relationship with the royal family.

Former royal correspondent Jenny Bond expressed her opinion on GB News, suggesting that the couple's acceptance of the award in a public setting could further deepen the rift.

In their revealing interview with earlier this year, Meghan and Harry disclosed that a member of the royal family had expressed concerns about their son 's skin color before his birth.

While the couple clarified that II and were not responsible for these comments, they have never disclosed the identity of the person who made them.

In other news, there appears to be a growing distance between Prince Charles and his younger brother Prince Edward.

The two brothers, who have a 15-year age gap, have not always enjoyed a close relationship.

Commentator Kate Mansey speculated on Palace Confidential that this may be due to their differing personalities.

Mansey also highlighted a possible snub regarding the title of Duke of Edinburgh, which Edward was not granted.

According to Mansey, III's advisers made it clear that he did not want to be associated with during a family shoot in Windsor, where Edward and were present.

This distancing from Andrew suggests that Charles is eager to put his brother behind him.

The assistant editor of the Mail on Sunday further explained that Edward and Anne have been seen publicly engaging with Andrew, which did not sit well with Charles.

Recently, Prince Edward and his wife Sophie, known as the Countess of Wessex, have become more involved in royal duties.

The queen has assured Edward that he will inherit the title of Duke of Edinburgh upon the passing of his late father.

However, there are rumors that Charles may refuse to grant his younger brother this title as part of his plans to streamline the monarchy.

This potential refusal has been described as a snub by Mansey, who characterized Charles as rather mean.

Royal commentator Victoria Arbiter pointed out that Edward and Sophie have been selected to represent the king at several significant events, indicating that the Duke of Edinburgh title is still up for grabs.

Just last month, the king requested that Prince Edward be promoted to councillor of state, further suggesting that he may be considering Edward for a more prominent role within the monarchy.
