Sussex Frozen Out of Hollywood: Meghan and Harry Excluded from A-List Events

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, have reportedly been frozen out of Hollywood, according to commentator Cara Kennedy.

Since stepping down from their royal duties in 2020, the couple signed lucrative deals with streaming giants Spotify and Netflix, indicating their intention to establish themselves in the entertainment industry.

However, Kennedy claims that the US is turning its back on them, gradually excluding them from red carpet events.

Writing in The Spectator, Kennedy reveals that an LA source informed her that event organizers are intentionally excluding Harry and Meghan because their presence would divert media attention away from the event itself and the other attendees.

The source also mentioned that an A-list celebrity deliberately left the couple off an invite list due to concerns about their inclination to share details about the event.

Criticism has been directed at the Sussexes for publicly discussing private matters regarding their relationship with the royal family.

In a highly publicized interview with Oprah Winfrey earlier this year, Meghan accused an unnamed member of the royal family of raising concerns about the skin color of their son Archie before his birth.

This revelation further strained tensions between Meghan and her in-laws.

Additionally, Prince Harry is set to release a memoir later this year, promising an accurate and truthful account of his life.

It is anticipated that the contents of the memoir will exacerbate the existing tensions within the royal family.

Kennedy argues that one of the reasons behind the couple's exclusion from Hollywood is their perceived lack of charisma and dedication required to be A-list celebrities.

She emphasizes that simply owning a mansion in the right location, socializing with the right people, and attending charity events is not enough to become a Hollywood power couple.

Modern stardom demands charisma, dedication, and charm, qualities that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle allegedly lack.

This realization has dawned upon Britain, and now Hollywood seems to be catching on as well.

Following their departure from royal life, Meghan and Harry currently reside in Montecito, California, with their two children, Archie and Lilibet.

They have made only a few visits back to the UK since then, most recently for a charity event that was extended due to the Queen's passing on September 8.

The Queen was also saddened by the limited time she had with her great-grandchildren, Archie and Lilibet, as they were unable to join her for a traditional weekend at Balmoral in August.
