The couple, along with their children and , currently reside in an impressive $11.2 million mansion in Montecito, California.

However, it appears that Harry and Meghan are no longer satisfied with their current abode, as sources suggest they are interested in purchasing another estate just a few miles away.

and may soon bid farewell to their stunning $14 million mansion.

Rumors are swirling that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have their eyes set on living in the exclusive California private community known as Hope Ranch.

It seems that the couple has realized their current sprawling home does not quite suit their needs.

As a family of four, it remains unclear whether the residence is too large or too small for them.

Situated in Santa Barbara County, approximately 10 miles from Montecito, Hope Ranch is an idyllic location with only 2,000 residents.

This area appeals to those who appreciate horses and a laid-back luxurious lifestyle, according to Randy Solekian Estate Group.

Homes in this community range from $2.3 million to $33.95 million, with a median price of $4.8 million.

While reports suggest that Meghan and Harry may have already purchased the property, there has been no official confirmation.

Speculation about their potential move intensified following news of a local theft gang targeting Montecito neighborhoods, including the Duke and Duchess' residence.

Other notable figures residing in the area include Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine, Ariana Grande, Katy Perry, and Ellen DeGeneres.

In response to the increase in criminal activity, the police have installed a series of high-end cameras capable of scanning passing vehicles' license plates.

Authorities have reassured residents that the camera technology does not include facial recognition, and all collected data will be deleted every 30 days, unless it is relevant to an ongoing investigation.

As a precautionary measure, Prince Harry and Meghan are said to have enlisted the services of a new bodyguard, Christopher Sanchez.

Sanchez, reportedly a former U.S. Secret Service agent who previously worked for Presidents George W. Bush and Barack Obama, now works for a security company that provides tailored security packages to affluent clients, including business executives and diplomats.

California has been a significant base for the couple, as it is where their team of Hollywood agents, public relations professionals, and business managers are located.

Meghan once shared with The Cut that she and Harry fell in love with the house instantly.

“We were looking in this area, Montecito, California, and this house kept popping up online in search,” Meghan explained.

“We did everything we could to get this house because you walk in and go, ‘joy and exhale and calm.'
