Duchess of Cambridge’s Stylist and Royal Photographer Welcome Second Child
Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge, is filled with joy as she receives the news that her long-time stylist, Natasha Archer, and her royal photographer husband, Chris Jackson, have welcomed their second child just days before Christmas.
The couple shared a heartwarming photo on social media, capturing their three-year-old son dressed in festive red, white, and green pyjamas gently caressing his baby brother's head, while a glowing Christmas tree serves as a backdrop.
“When you come downstairs in the morning, looking for Eddie, the elf, and find a new baby brother,” Jackson captioned the touching snapshot.
Natasha Archer, who has been working for the Duchess since 2007, is often credited with transforming Catherine from the girl next door to the elegant princess she is known as today.
Initially hired as a personal assistant, Archer eventually became an integral part of the Duchess' glam squad, assisting her in planning outfits for official engagements and tours.
Notably, she played a crucial role in ensuring the Duchess looked impeccable even after giving birth.
Archer's dedication to her work was evident when she was seen leaving St Mary's Hospital shortly after Catherine and Prince William welcomed their third child, Prince Louis, in April 2018.
This was before the royal couple introduced their newborn son to the world on the steps of the Lindo Wing.
In recognition of her services to the royal family, the Duke of Cambridge honored Archer by making her a member of the Royal Victorian Order during a special ceremony at the palace in 2019.
The Royal Victorian Order Awards are bestowed upon individuals who have served the monarch or other members of the royal family in a significant capacity.
Following the ceremony, Jackson proudly shared photos of Archer outside the palace, expressing his admiration for her achievements.
“Could not be more proud of this one,” he wrote, adding a hashtag for the Royal Victorian Order.
The couple tied the knot in April 2017, and their first child, Theo, was born in December 2018, just a few months after the arrival of Prince Louis.
Meanwhile, Chris Jackson, 41, has been capturing moments of the royal family for nearly two decades, accompanying them on various official engagements around the world.
He has been behind the lens for some of the most iconic moments of their monarchy, documenting events such as Middleton and Prince William's wedding and the birth of their children.
Recently, he was the photographer at Prince William's Earthshot Prize Awards.
