Title: Inside the Luxury Villa: Former Employees Reveal Shocking Details of Harry and Meghan’s Demanding Ways

Harry and Meghan, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, reside in a lavish villa in Montecito, where they receive assistance from a team of employees.

However, ex-employees have recently come forward, shedding light on the couple's demanding behavior.

The revelations, shared by user iSourceNews on Twitter, paint a picture of what some describe as “horrible bosses from hell.”

According to former domestic workers who served in Montecito, Harry's personal habits left much to be desired.

In casual conversations with iSourceNews, multiple former cleaners recounted nightmarish scenes.

They revealed that Harry never bothered to clean up after himself, and there were occasions when he even neglected to flush the toilet.

The maids described horrific conditions, sharing instances where dropped or spilled food was left for them to clean up.

One shocking discovery included a broken bowl of pasta with red meat sauce that appeared to have been thrown against the kitchen wall.

Additionally, Harry's beard clippings were found scattered all over his bathroom, creating an unpleasant experience for the cleaning staff.

Former employees have labeled the Sussexes as “horrible bosses from hell” due to their outrageous rules and demanding requirements.

Star magazine reported that some ex-employees were so traumatized by their time working for and that they vowed never to return to Montecito.

A few individuals even spoke to the tabloid, providing detailed accounts of their experiences with the couple.

To ensure the utmost security and suitability, Harry and Meghan invest significant amounts of money in hiring a specialized agent, similar to those employed by the FBI, to conduct thorough background checks on potential hires.

These checks go beyond criminal records and referrals, delving into personal details such as family background, relationships, hometown, and spending habits.

Excessive credit card usage can even disqualify applicants from consideration.

Despite receiving hundreds of applications, only a mere 1% of candidates successfully pass the screening process.

Former employees of the Sussexes have often complained about the complexity of the contract.

The only time employees may engage in conversation is when Prince Harry and Meghan are the first ones to initiate it.

Behind closed doors, some refer to Meghan as the “Wicked Witch of the West Coast.”

They describe a constant feeling of being watched, even when she is not present in the room.

Minor infractions, such as forgetting to cap a pen, can result in reprimands.

The organization of the kitchen cupboard is also strictly enforced, with cups needing to be placed at specific distances from one another and everything color-coordinated.

Any deviation from these standards prompts sharp criticism from Meghan.

Meghan's reputation for being difficult precedes her, as she was previously labeled a “difficult duchess” by royal staff during her time in the British royal family.

With four employees resigning within a year, it is easy to speculate that Meghan's management style may contribute to the high turnover rate.

Rumors of her being demanding began circulating as early as November 2018, just six months into her marriage to Prince Harry.

Speculation arose after her personal assistant, Melissa Taboriti, left her position after only six months.
