Tom Walker, the renowned singer, has finally broken his silence on the incredible piano display by , the Duchess of Cambridge, on Christmas Eve.

The duo collaborated on the Royal Carols during the Christmas service, paying tribute to inspirational individuals who served their communities amidst the pandemic.

In an interview on Good Morning Britain, Tom Walker opened up about the behind-the-scenes rehearsals he had with the exceptionally talented for their Christmas performance.

He described her as a fantastic and highly skilled musician.

To ensure a seamless performance, they had a top-secret rehearsal at Metropolis Studios.

Their collaboration came to fruition after Tom met Kate at a charity event in 2021.

Following their encounter, he was approached to play for the Carol service, and it was Kate who suggested showcasing her piano skills, as music had provided her solace during the lockdowns.

Since the festive program aired, Tom's single has skyrocketed in the charts.

Grateful for the opportunity, Tom expressed his appreciation towards Kate, stating, “It was so well received, I probably owe her royalties now.”

He even received a letter from the Duchess, thanking him for the collaboration, though Tom believes it should be the other way around.

The audience, as well as viewers at home, were left stunned by the Duchess' hidden talent.

Twitter was abuzz with praise for Kate's piano performance during the Royal Carols.

One user wrote, “Future Queen playing for Tom Walker.

The admiration poured in, with many marveling at the Duchess' multifaceted abilities.
