Duchess of Cambridge and Prince William Unveil 2021 Christmas Card

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, and Catherine, have revealed their stunning 2021 Christmas card.

They took to Twitter to share the new family portrait that they have chosen for this year's festive season.

The photo was accompanied by a brief message expressing their delight in sharing the image with the public.

In the photograph, and Kate can be seen smiling, dressed casually and comfortably.

They are surrounded by their three children: , Prince George, and .

appears all grown up in a lovely blue and white checkered dress, while Prince George, who is third in line to the throne, sports a casual camouflage polo shirt and beige shorts.

Little , who turned three in April, sits on a fluffy rug on the floor, wearing a striped blue and white polo shirt.

The picture was taken in Jordan, where the Cambridges spent their children's school half-term break.

This location holds special significance for Kate, as she lived there from 1984 to 1986.

During her time in Jordan, she attended pre-school while her father worked for British Airlines.

The release of the family portrait caused a frenzy among royal fans, who took to Twitter to congratulate the couple on their choice.

One Twitter user, @Perino2, praised the Cambridges, saying, “I just want to say thank you for being such a wonderful example of grace, acceptance, and love.

You exemplify that on the highest level.”

Another user, @bro9190, commented, “You can tell how much they love each other and enjoy each other's company.

Such a great-looking family!

#loveoneanother.”

Many royal fans also noticed the resemblance between Princess Charlotte and Queen Elizabeth II.

@idelgard013 wrote, “Is it just me or does Charlotte look exactly like the Queen, and little Louis has a lot of Philip in him, in the eyes/stare?”

In response, @MeganJG replied, “I don't know about Louis, but many people have said the same about Charlotte.”

Another user, @jmcgrath531, commented, “What a handsome family!

You can really see Queen Elizabeth in Princess Charlotte.”

Agreeing with this sentiment, @fabbrite said, “I thought so too.

A younger Queen Elizabeth with straight hair.”

It is a tradition for Catherine and Prince William to release a family portrait every year leading up to Christmas.

In contrast, Harry and Meghan have chosen not to share a photo of their daughter, , with the public.

Initially, fans hoped to see a snapshot of the newborn baby girl shortly after her birth, as is customary for royal babies.

However, Harry and Meghan decided against this tradition, and as time passed, it became evident that they had no immediate plans to share photos of their little girl.

Although five months have passed since 's birth, the public has yet to catch a glimpse of her.

However, there are indications that suggest the Duke and Duchess will soon share their daughter's first photo with the world, and she may not be alone in the picture.

Last year, they released their own Christmas card, featuring a rare photo of themselves with their firstborn, , who is now two years old.

The image depicted an artistic representation of the couple cuddling with their son in a cubby house, with their two dogs nearby.

While not a traditional portrait, it was based on a real photo of the family and caused great excitement among royal fans.

The upcoming photo of Lilibet will likely be another group shot of the entire family, including Meghan, Harry, , Lilibet, and possibly even the family pets.

This would be the first-ever released photo of Lilibet, who has yet to make a public appearance despite significant public interest.
