George, Charlotte, and Louis Set for Fun-Filled Summer Break at Norfolk Retreat

The summer vacation plans for the young royals, George, Charlotte, and Louis, have been revealed.

The Prince and Princess of Wales, along with their three children, are all set to spend their summer break at a remote Norfolk retreat.

This annual tradition allows the family to indulge in outdoor activities such as tennis, picnics, and quality time together.

Having been on vacation since July 8, the children of Prince William and the Princess of Wales are currently enjoying their well-deserved break.

Reports suggest that William and Kate have made it a priority to spend ample time with their kids during the six-week break.

The couple has even blocked off a significant portion of their vacation for this purpose, according to sources cited by the Mirror.

The royal family is expected to spend a considerable amount of time at Amher Hall in Norfolk, which is situated within the Sandringham estate.

Royal expert Katie Nicholl revealed that this has been a yearly tradition for the family, where they can unwind and appreciate the simple pleasures of life.

“I expect that we'll see them spending time at Norfolk because that's what they do every year,” said Nicholl in an interview with Oak magazine.

During their stay at Norfolk, the children will have the freedom to play in the expansive open spaces and enjoy picnics with their numerous friends from the area.

It is well-known that the Cambridge family encourages their children to embrace the outdoors, even if it means getting a little dirty.

In fact, Kate Middleton previously shared on the Happy Mum, Happy Baby podcast that her favorite family moments are when they are all outside in the countryside, covered in dirt and grime.

She mentioned that little Louis particularly loves smelling flowers and being in nature.

Kate's love for nature doesn't end there.

She has recently taken up beekeeping on the Sandringham estate, following in the footsteps of Queen Camilla.

The family will also have access to a tennis court and swimming pool on the property.

Records from the King's Lynn and West Norfolk Borough Council indicate that Prince William and Kate have sought permission to replace the current tennis court with an artificial grass one.

In true family fashion, all members of the Wales family, except for Louis, attended one of William's recent matches.

Kate revealed that during their friendly matches, the children often serve as their ballboys and girls.

This shows that the family enjoys spending quality time together, away from the formalities of their royal lives.

The Georgian country house in Norfolk provides the perfect escape for the Wales family.

It has been described as a normal, bustling family home, where kids run around, occasionally knocking things over, and lacking any pretentiousness.

Locals have spotted William and Kate in the neighborhood, going about their daily lives, shopping, stopping at pubs, and engaging their children in activities like clay painting.

William has always had a fondness for the ten-bedroom house, which he once visited with his brother, Prince Harry.

The property holds historical significance, as it was once owned by Hugh Van Cutsomsner, a former companion of King Charles.

During the lockdown in 2011, Queen Elizabeth bestowed the house upon William and his family of five.

Throughout the pandemic, the couple provided glimpses into their life at the Norfolk retreat, homeschooling their children and conducting virtual royal engagements.
