During the event, Megan was introduced and appeared to be ready to make a speech as she reached out to take the microphone.

However, she claimed that Costner, a 68-year-old American icon, deliberately distanced himself from Megan and didn't even acknowledge her presence at the event.

According to insiders, Costner treated her with disdain because they were brought in as outsiders.

This led to rumors suggesting that the couple was not initially on the guest list.

Many speculate that this was Kevin's way of protecting his guests from potential intrusions by fame-seeking individuals like Meghan Markle.
