Princess Anne Celebrates Husband’s Birthday in Dubai

Princess Anne, known as Princess N, embarked on a journey to Dubai to mark her husband's 69th birthday.

Vice Admiral Sir Tim Lawrence, her beloved spouse, celebrated this special occasion on a Friday.

Despite the celebratory mood, Princess N, at the age of 73, dutifully fulfilled her role as the President of the Mission to Seafarers.

She actively participated in the Seafarers Awareness and Orientation Day held in Jebel Ali, a significant event aimed at supporting seafarers' welfare.

During her visit to Jebel Ali, Princess N had the opportunity to engage with the UAE welfare team and explore the Jebel Ali port.

The organization shared captivating moments of her interactions and discoveries on their Instagram page, providing her admirers with a glimpse of her meaningful involvement.

Clad in an elegant taupe trouser suit paired with a brown pinstriped blouse, the princess exuded sophistication and professionalism throughout her engagements.

In addition to her commitments at the Seafarers Awareness and Orientation Day, Princess N also graced the Women in Shipping and Trading Conference.

This platform allowed her to address crucial issues within the shipping and trading industry, leveraging her prominent position in the maritime world as an advocate for seafarers' well-being.

Her presence was warmly received and highly valued at the conference.

The Mission to Seafarers, an esteemed welfare charity presided over by Princess N, stands out for its remarkable efforts to support seafarers in over 200 ports across 50 countries.

Since 1984, Princess N has been actively involved with the organization, dedicating her time and energy to enhance the lives of seafarers globally.

Her commitment to the cause is unwavering and continues to make a positive impact.

Princess N's journey to Dubai commenced on Thursday evening as she departed from London's Heathrow Airport.

Accompanied by her private secretary, Colonel John Boyd, who assists her in managing official duties and engagements, they embarked on the trip with a shared dedication to furthering the mission of the Mission to Seafarers.

Princess N's partnership with Sir Tim Lawrence has been a source of joy and fulfillment for both, with their love story originating from Sir Tim's service as an equerry to the late Queen Elizabeth II during his tenure as a Royal Navy officer.

Sir Tim Lawrence, born on March 1, 1955, in Camberwell, South London, is the youngest son of Commander Guy Stuart Lawrence and Barbara Alison Lawrence.

His educational journey led him to the New Beacon Preparatory School and Sevenoaks School in Kent, culminating in a degree in geography from Durham University on a naval scholarship.
