The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge witnessed a surge in positive sentiment, coupled with a marked decrease in negative discussions surrounding the couple.

In the aftermath of the book's release, Omid Scobie, along with Harry and Meghan, found themselves embroiled in sustained negative scrutiny online.

In response to the widespread backlash, Scobie undertook a revision of the Dutch edition of his book.

The revised version incorporates numerous alterations, encompassing changes in the overall tone of the narrative among other adjustments.

Previously dubbed as “Lazy Wills,” Prince William is now depicted as having a reputation for being work-shy.

Evers posits that the alterations stem from pressure exerted by the Sussex camp, evidenced by the modified quotations.

Notably, royal expert Neil Sean asserted that Harry and Meghan have severed ties with Omid due to his transgressions, cautioning that they should remain vigilant should Scobie opt to act independently.

Royal commentator Duncan Larcombe opined that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are eager to distance themselves from Omid Scobie in light of the controversy surrounding his book.

While there were indications of a thaw in relations between the Sussexes and the royal family, such as Meghan donning a diamond tennis bracelet gifted by King Charles, Larcombe contends that Endgame has impeded progress towards reconciliation.
