One of Catherine’s go-to solutions is wearing non-slip tights with cushions.

To prevent her feet from slipping out of her heels, she opts for non-slip tights from John Lewis, a renowned department store in the UK.

Priced at £6 (approximately US$8.40), these sheer stockings feature gel strips on the bottom, providing a firmer grip for her feet on the soles of her shoes.

In fact, eagle-eyed royal fans spotted a photo of the Duchess wearing tights with gel cushions during a royal tour of Canada in July 2011.

The photo clearly shows gel-like strips peeking out from the side of her Tabitha Simmonds heels.

Catherine also wore these shoes while visiting St Justine University Hospital in Montreal during the same trip.

Additionally, Catherine utilizes leather insoles to enhance her comfort.

British designer Rachel Bowditch created the slip-in leather soles known as Alice Bow insoles, which the Duchess has been known to wear.

Vanity Fair’s royal correspondent Katie Nicholl reported in 2015 that Catherine had ordered a couple of packets of the Alice Bow insoles, with an unnamed source mentioning that she thinks they are great.

However, a spokesperson for Alice Bow declined to comment on the Duchess wearing their insoles, stating that they have seen a significant increase in site visits.
